  1. Another freebie....
  2. I have 45 hand written in the corner of the stamp...
  3. Yep, the Dinosaurs found that out, and they never did anything wrong, except create huge clouds of methane gas.................
  4. Has she got a job, or is it school holiday's....
  5. I renewed both my licences at the same time last year in Ubon, they wanted an original medical cert for each licence, they sent me away with one I had copied at their establishment.....
  6. Correct, no probs at Ubon, Chong Mek, in and out....
  7. 2 of everything, most places accept yellow book name address page, take the book with you...
  8. If a Thai has a PP they can use it, if not they pay, I think, 40bht for the waiver/entry paper, that's what Mrs.T does... At Mukdahan there is a small building before the bus ticket office to get this waiver paper. printed off.
  9. Most Thai's haven't got a passport, they enter Laos on a waiver, procured by their I.D. card. Anyhooo, the wife does not have to attend at the Savv-Consulate with you.
  10. I have been to that consulate about 10 times and never been asked for a copy of Loas entry visa. Bit of a dilemma if you can't get a copy done nearby, plus, a glance in the passport, which they do, will show the full page entry visa.........
  11. I would think that anyone working in a Pattaya 7/11 soon learns a nationality by their speech characteristics, just by the number of farangy's they deal with daily...........
  12. The Chong Mek Loas immigration is brand new, not long been open, before it was hit and miss/confusing, for newbies....
  13. You were lucky, in Ubon I was turned away for a copy of the useless medical certificate but not for 2 copies of my yellow book resident page.... Very handy, those yellow books....
  14. I don't think kids mind masks, I don't think it harms them one bit. My mum had to carry one around in an army shoulder bag, so did all the siblings, they all lived to a ripe old age....
  15. C19, in one form or another, is still rife in LOS, so I still use a mask in every shop I go into, or anywhere where staff are masked up. I haven't had C19 yet, and I don't intend dropping my guard at this time.. ..............
  16. Of course, anyone can die from C19 being vaxed and or wearing a mask. The thing is, if you are a C19 carrier, you reduce the risk of passing it on to a vulnerable person if wearing a mask, if you get vaxed you reduce the risk of you dying from C19 as your body can e prepared for it.. It's all quite simple stuff really, but ya know, many don't wear car seat belts, because an accident will never happen to them........
  17. That's in your opinion, the "Absolutely zero", but can you substantiate the "Absolutely zero"...........?
  18. What are yours, in this field....... .
