This thread is the best thing on MediaAsia. Many thanks to the contributors who have massively enhanced my viewing.
Perhaps the best recommendation for me was 'Get Shorty'; 3 series, every episode a joy. It also drew me to 'The IT Crowd' - another O'Dowd classic. (5 series of laugh-a-minute workplace comedy.)
Watched 'Otto' last night - Tom Hanks - loved it.
I'd like to recommend Bob Odenkirk's latest but I can't; it's set on an American campus with limited appeal & even episode 1 is loaded with Wokism - his Faculty has every type of necessary characters.
I'm quite enjoying 'The Company You Keep' glossy tho' a copy of 'Tulsa King's central relationship of Cop lady enjoying bad-boy affair.
Perry Mason S2 (can't find S1) has stumbled on a woke theme with a completely anachronistic lesbian relationship.
Enjoying 'The Undeclared War' till episode 3 when a vegetarian, non-smoking, strict Muslim girl suddenly downs a beer and discovers she is a closet lesbian - I didn't see that coming!
