Japanese victim of another Transsexual street robbery in South Pattaya

PATTAYA:--30,000 Japanese Yen and 1,000 Baht in cash during an incident on Pattaya Second Road involving transsexuals, which at the moment is being repeated on a daily basis with Police apparently powerless to prevent the crime from occurring.

One of two suspects was caught by Police and joined the victim, Mr. Tomoki Ito aged 27 at Pattaya Police Station. The money was contained in a wallet which was taken by the other suspect who currently remains at-large. The arrestee is Khun Kasaem aged 26 who confirmed that the two surrounded Mr. Ito as he walked back to his Hotel in the early hours of Tuesday.

A hug was followed by the removal of Mr. Ito’s wallet after he was momentarily distracted by the apparent affections of the two transsexuals.

No No No you either have to have a thai ltd co or take it on a 30 year lease which can be renwed for another 30 years according to Thai law get yourself a good lawyer regardless of some comments I have used a good lawyer on Samui the only time I had problems was with a lawyer on Koh Phangan because the island is much smaller and they are all one big family. An agent will tell you what you want to hear times are hard business is slow do not sign anything or leave a deposit !!!!!
