  2. going far to off topic and into areas we cannot discuss , but the above will never happen with thai escort in the UK, they area different class to thai girls in thailand !!!!!

anyway, if you are a firm believer that you can take the Thai Girl out the bar, you still need another couple of years in thailand and you will learn , and most probably the hard way !,

i await your posts in 2014

  3. Be honest; how many of you are with a woman you met in a bar/massage parlor?

That discussion has been done several times in the general forum. Guess how it ended?rolleyes.gif

  4. Starting a topic about an over 20 year old event just because you didnot know......???

because there has been a few crashes and near misses involving Prop Planes, but out of Every Bangkok Airways thread on here, and there are thousands, this crash has never been mentioned, and safty standards are possibly an issue , and as far as i knew, and most TV members, there has NEVER been a Major crash on Samui involving BKK Air, but this report shows there was, even if it is 22 years old ....

    Missed this one too? http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/8182962.stm

And safety standards 22 years ago are... 22 years old too.

    wai.gif

nope, this was pointed out in my last post with 37 injured , as both flights had the exact same number of injured against killed, hence why i pointed it out, but same aircraft .... Plus this was and has been mentioned on TV many times, the other crash has never been mentioned, and 8 years on samui i have never recalled or even seen mentioned of this crash that happened

  6. 37 Die in Thailand Plane Crash

    AP

    Published: November 22, 1990

A plane carrying at least 37 people to a southern resort island crashed in heavy rain today, and the police said all aboard were killed.

The rain apparently caused the Bangkok Airways turboprop to crash into a coconut grove short of the airport on Koh Samui island, said Pitipong Kansan, the island's police chief.

A police spokesman, Prateep Pakdeepol, said the flight from Bangkok was carrying 4 crew members and 33 passengers, almost all foreign tourists, including one infant. He said the bodies were badly burned.

In Bangkok, Prasert Prasarthongsot, the president of Bangkok Airways, said 38 people were aboard -- 33 passengers and five crew members.

The passenger manifest listed 30 foreigners and 3 Thai passengers. It gave no breakdown of the foreigners by nationality.

Among the foreigners were five Japanese, said a first secretary of the Japanese Embassy, Hiroshi Enomata.

Dr. Suvit Nantapanich, the director of an island hospital, said the bodies would be put on a ferry to the mainland, then flown to Bangkok on Thursday.

  7. Bangkok Airways will be increasing its flight frequency on the Koh Samui – Hong Kong route from daily to ten flights weekly starting from 31 March 2012.

Ms. Ariya Prasarttong-Osoth, Vice President – Sales of Bangkok Airways, said, “To respond an increasing demand and to offer more choice to our passengers, we have decided to add three more flights to each leg of the Samui - Hong Kong route.”

The additional flights are PG873 Koh Samui – Hong Kong (17:50 – 22:05) operating every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and PG874 Hong Kong – Koh Samui (09:05 – 11:10) operating every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

The airline operates the route with Airbus A319 aircraft configured with 12 business class and 108 economy class seats.

  9. So Post Mortams are not standard here, but if the body is brought back to brazil, dont they have to do a Post Mortam ??? , i know in the UK regardless if a post mortam is carried out in the country of death, there always has to be one when retuning to the UK to rule out foul play and obvious infections ect that could leak into britain ...

and why would they not want him to be examined? , is there something more here?

  11. Hi guys, thanks for all the nice and not so nice comments. We are indeed working on opening the school as soon as we can but it takes some time. Also we have a new project opening another Walen school in Ko Phangan. We have excellent staff working in Samui already so I am confident things will work out well.

I will keep you posted. Khun Joy is our regional manager so you will see her a lot. She did a great job in Phuket and now moved on to a new assignment in Samui and Ko Phangan.

Walen School - knowledge is power - share it!

    she looks cute :)

  12. I need someone urgently to help us perform a ceremony on the beach in Koh Phangan on 18th of Feb this year (2012). We have been let down badly at the last minute by the person organising our wedding, and just need someone to say some words in order that we can exchange rings infront of our friends and family. Has anyone had success finding someone who can help?

could this be fate / karma playing a part in this ??? .... i suggest the powers that be dont want you to be married and saving you a lifetime of hell ...

  13. I agree that condo rentals of under, say, 1 calendar month should be prohibited and indeed it would appear that by law they already are.

That said, my building has several large signs on the ground floor advertising rooms by the night and no one seems to care very much.

hit-the-fan.gif Very serious matter. Since I live neither in BKK nor Pattaya, these problems are magnified and multiplied by x10.

Blatant disregard for the Law in general and for the Rules written in the Condo Articles of Juristic Person. And I mean almost each and every one of these Rules. Including Safety Rules and Regulations.

I tried to fight. Even went to Court. Believe me, it's futile. TITs are TITs and shouldn't be mistaken for bums.

    Hope one day hit-the-fan.gif

thanks for the feedback, a group of farang are starting a group for co owners that are fed up with the lack of maintenance and the disregard of the law and those that want to live there full time.

Since we are outnumbered by the committee members of the Plaza and the stores, six to three, and the three from the residential side do not live there only rent, those that want to have it as there home are in a bad way. The law says we are in the right and they are illegal as the sign posted on the bulletin says, but the agencies involved with the rentals say to Juristic that it is up to them to do something to stop it.

I am shocked and now many co owners are standing up and preparing on going to court to fight it.

It is good for those that want a cheap one night or short time for less than a hotel but for us that invested allot of money we are over run with people that do not care about the property, Indian Restaurants that have bus tours from Mumbai and use the lobby and toilets as their own and a company that has multilevel marketing meetings that use all the parking spots and and elevators the lobby and keep the doors open and allow air conditioning out the doors.

Something has to be done to protect the co owners that want a clean and safe place to live and have Juristic do maintain the property and abide by the law.

Sorry but we are growing in numbers and since we are on the side of the law and tax codes, eventually we will win out over the greedy illegal investors that do not care about anything but profits.

i rent from an indian there for short lets lol
