  1. I'm also not sure if it is raining outside. There are dark grey clouds overhead and water is falling from them. The whole neigbourhood is covered in water about an inch deep. But the government hasn't released an official statement to say it's raining, so I will wait until they have said so I can reach a conclusion. Hope they hurry up, I really want to know what it is before I get my umbrella. 😆
  2. I think you are confusing me with someone else. So let me get this right, you think Kemi Badenoch is a Muslim but this guy isn't? 😄 https://www.cbsnews.com/news/axel-rudakubana-girls-killed-uk-dance-class-ricin-al-qaeda-manual-police/
  3. More likely they'll promise to start in 5 years time, right after they are comprehensively removed from power by a furious electorate.
  4. The second part of that sentence did not add context. But here you are if it helps with your pedantry.
  5. First honest post for a while. PS. neither have Labour.
  6. Certainly more challenging than lieing about not needing to raise taxes then raising them by 40 Billion.
  7. You also need to start building it. Instead of promising to do it to win an election and then changing your mind.
  8. Unfortunately that also applies when you don't drop the rent. I recently had to evict a tenant who was causing the police to turn up a few times a month for beating up his Ukranian girlfriend. Another tenant had a St Bernard jump out of the second storey bedroom window (through the closed glass window) and land in the front garden. Very difficult to find decent tenants in the UK now. They are so protected by the law that they feel they can do what they want, trash your property, be antisocial etc. and the courts generally side with them.
  9. Of course you would. The trouble is, as house prices and the cost of maintenance increase, so do landlords costs. So there comes a point at which rents also need to increase or it is not viable. But then I presume you'd also support the government buying these houses and controlling it all themselves, like a communist state?
  10. Probably. It's easy to promise though. Look at Sadiq Khan and how he is getting on. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/sadiq-khan-affordable-homes-housing-statistics-london-b2596188.html The way Labour has broken most of their election promises since gaining power, who really cares what they promise at this point?
  11. His comment sounds like the precursor to some kind of government interference in private rental prices. Labour would love that. More state control.
  12. Talking of "conspiracy theories", turns out Imane Khelif does in fact have meat and 2 veg, and xy chromosomes. https://www.freepressjournal.in/sports/olympic-gold-medalist-boxer-imane-khelif-has-xy-chromosomes-and-testicles-says-algerian-athletes-medical-report https://www.moneycontrol.com/news/trends/olympic-gold-medalist-algerian-boxer-imane-khelif-confirmed-as-man-in-leaked-medical-reports-outrage-follows-12858207.html Another one to add to the list 😄.
  13. Maybe you should read up on the case before posting nonsense. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c05zpdq0lzgo Most teenagers don't then carry out a terrorist attack killing 3 young girls.
  14. A polite way of calling her an Uncle Tom. Absolute nonsense. What is this "black community" they speak of? Left wingers? right wingers? academics? rich? poor? men? women? lgbt? Muslims? Christians? Buddhists? Trying to group them all together into a single entity based solely on their skin colour is indentity politics nonsense and only seeks to inflame division between races rather than bring them together. Badenoch doesn't have a responsibility to think a certain way just because she is black. That's the sort of Rubbish Biden came out with. And Rupa Huq. https://edition.cnn.com/2020/05/22/politics/biden-charlamagne-tha-god-you-aint-black/index.html
  15. Exactly. The Dems have this brown nosed nobody. The Republicans have Musk.
  16. If you don't want the figures, you shouldn't ask for them. Yes we will see, when independent schools start closing down resulting in the whole body of students entering the state system to be paid for by the government, and a loss of tax on the profits the school once made. They will tax the life out of the economy. Like they always do. Despite the liar Reeves saying there was no need to do so in the election campaign.
  17. Exactly. Employees will pay in the end, whether by lower pay increases, lower bonuses or even losing their jobs. Either that, or they will raise prices and pass it to the consumer. Either way Reeves lied. She is a liar, just like Starmer and the rest of the imbeciles in that party.
  18. Sounds like a communist perspective. People buy privilige all the time. Like flying first class or sitting in the executive box at Arsenal (although in fairness Keir doesn't pay for that - he grifts it). Essentials like education and healthcare should be exempt, not only for reasons of moral decency (which Labour lack) but since it reduces the burden on the state (which Labour appears unable to see). Yes. https://www.taxpayersalliance.com/analysis_vat_on_private_schools_could_end_up_costing_taxpayers
  19. The very same people who are being taxed to death (at which point the increase in inheritance tax kicks in), or perhaps frozen to death if a pensioner. Reeves said there was no reason to raise taxes then raised them by 40 Billion. She is a liar. Pure and simple.
  20. You seem to hate people who are able to "buy privilige". You sound very bitter and jealous. Why shouldn't they "buy privilige" in the form of a decent education for their children, using money that has already been taxed from their income? Any money Labour collect from this policy will be lost by the kids who leave the independent schools and return to state schools. It will probably end up costing them money to implement their nasty little scheme. It's the politics of an angry sixth form Sociology student. Perhaps that's why you are such a fan?
  21. Yes she is indeed a massive liar. She's Labour after all. Just like Starmer and his claims to clean up politics while taking hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of freebies. Labour's policy has always been to tax people to death and then waste the money, sometimes on illegal wars, sometimes supporting illegal immigrants, but always to the detriment of the British people who they despise.
  22. "Pretending" to support him. Certain types just love an argument.
  23. But they did know. They found Al Qaeda manuals and Ricin. They just didn't release it to the public. Local people who knew the background of the guy and exposed the truth were labelled conspiracy theorists. But it turned out to be true. So the "conspiracy theorists" were in fact correct.
  24. Part of Trumps election campaign. Starmer was a useful idiot for the day. Wait until he's in the White House. Starmer's gonna get it, along with Lammy.
