What I do anticipate happening is multiple lawsuits on behalf of many on the list based on comments from those who leap without thinking? First one perhaps? "Jimmy Kimmel threatens to sue Aaron Rodgers after the NY Jets player suggested that he was an associate of Jeffrey Epstein"

Unusual restriction as 30 + year leases are in a grey area at best. Good luck -
Experience with leasehold?
Thailand replied to habuspasha's topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
Would it not be more sensible for your Thai wife to be the owner and you lease /Usufruct through her? Having a well known developer as the leaseholder does not seem necessary? -
Thanks, about 70 baht on Lazada.

Size is everything as they say. TV is mounted above a door so only allows max size 43 inches! So looks like I can get what I will need around the 4K mark.
-
The old TV appears to be working on elastic bands , masking tape and seat of the pants so your assumption may well be correct! Off to the January sales!
-
Much as I expected. The old TV is wall mounted in the bedroom and a new version appears to be about a quarter of the price of the old one! So will try the "cable" approach first if not successful a new TV for the new year!

Another cable question. Old TV only has AV outlet, 3 pin red, white yellow. Currently connects to an old Android box again via AV cable. Getting a new android box but the TV is OK so does not need changing. Just realised the new box does not have AV only HDMI access. I have seen that the AV HDMI cables are available so simply asking is this likely to work connecting the old TV - AV to the new box HDMI? I will know when I do get the new box and AV HDMI cable and try it myself but just asking if anyone has had similar experience? Thanks

Change of mind perhaps? Found the item somewhere else?

With Lazada/Shopee you can refuse to receive an item on delivery provided it has not been opened. That is likely to affect your customer status and COD may not be an option in the future. Other than that you are in a hole stop digging.
