  1. This is the reality for all cancer sufferers here?. How likely are you to get a bed in a Government hospital? I looked at prices for Bangkok Hospital where you recommended a palliative care specialist. $500/night just for bed and base nursing services. Chula can be as cheap as base Bt900/night, but they have hardly any beds, and some in non aircon ward. Actually SEVEN beds in aircon ward. https://www.chulacancer.net/services-list.php?gid=70
  2. That seemed the obvious, but then it looks like a signed photocopy not an original....................
  3. Likewise Android on two different 'phones.
  4. How would that help when the copies have already been signed in black ink and I am trying to work out if I need to request new copies signed in blue?
  5. Khun Per, thank you for your reply, this is where I am coming unstuck as to what is required. I have signed copy of a page with the address of the property I rent - which is this? First page of House book? Is House masters registration in "a" house book the address where the house master lives? e.g would I need: 1) Address page of the condo where I reside as tenant. 2) House book of House Masters actual address where he lives ?
  6. As far as I can tell from the below photo from an Imm office: My interpretation of this is that copies of 2 separate pages from the house book are required, specifically the page with the address of the property (which does not have the owners name on it), and a separate page that has the owners name. Can someone who has done it (filed) please clarify exactly what is needed WRT to Housebook (Office is Chaengwattana)
  7. Specifically Landlord ID card copy, and address page of Housebook. Also a PoA form for TM30. Signature is in black ink on all. Have a vague memory of some (all?) things having to be signed in blue ink ONLY. I have always signed in blue for this reason.
  8. A bit off topic, but what is required for re-entry permit?. From memory just the usual passport pages and the completed form, or are they now asking for updated bank book, TM30, whatever? I understand they now have a queuing system and take your photo. Getting very "Freudian" over there at CW.
  9. Seems they are very keen on TM30's right now - maybe following on from Region 4 and 5 antics - suspect agents have been using one address for multiple applications. Not sure how, but I have the feeling it is about verifying that the address and ownership are real, and that you live there.
  10. Interesting, so far they (different officers/desks) have never asked me for TM30 slip (always had it with me) since 2020 (?). Gave them signed copy of TM47 every year after I think 2018 when IO printed one out for me to sign. Maybe giving them the TM47 which would require TM30 filed, made them feel no need to ask for TM30.
  11. For the last few years I have been providing this and the 4 other forms they require. Getting the extension has been a formality. I am not so sure that will be the case this year - something seems to have changed at CW.
  12. TM30's and supporting paperwork seem to be getting a lot of scrutiny at CW.
  13. Updating it with current info for the benefit of users. HTH
  14. Someone posted that they need further proof such as a utility bill payment receipt. This might be very recent under the new round of tightening that seems to be going on at IB.
  15. It seems that far from going away, the TM30 has become a necessity before being able to do anything else at immigration. If I interpreted correctly it seems (some?) people with TM30 filed are being asked to provide the TM30 supporting documents again at extension time.
  16. They expect to dictate inequitable terms and everyone to jump at them.
  17. The constant tightening of visa/extension issuance screams that you should not retire here. They don't care if their latest requirement forces you out.
  18. The minute heard the details of them I suspected they were outside 'the system'.
  19. Can you fill in the details?. Volunteer visa? If your visa is done within 'the system' historically that has been unlikely, unheard of even.. If it is done by a low level person freelancing on their own behalf, that is the risk. It will be interesting to see how the Region 4 and 5 visas issued by Immigration, that Big Chok is in the process of going after, pan out for the holders of them.
  20. Use a visa run service to Cambodia - go in the morning, back in the afternoon.
  21. This is recent? Hasn't always been the case?
  22. This would explain why they are seemingly seeking further proof that you live at TM30 address, such as lease agreement, at the time you make your extension.
