  1. Isn't it that 7 days not automatic, rather you have to go to immigration on the day of termination to avoid overstay and then apply for extension for Bt1900 which is refused, and are given 7 day grace period to exit?
  2. There is the 5/10 year OX visa which has this stipulation: After obtaining a visa, you must come back for a qualifying examination every 1 year at the local immigration office and must report 90 days by appointment. So, it's not really a 5 year visa if yearly re-qualifying I think I prefer the 800k and yearly "re-qualification" without limit of the 1 year retirement extension
  3. yes, in Thailand, but note this is not the official download from the Google Playstore [which does not show up for me in Thailand]. File downloads from this link but when attempt to install get "cannot parse file" error message (old android on this phone the cause, maybe?).
  4. Not in play store for most/many/all?. From here apparently https://apkcombo.com/section38/th.go.immigration.section38/ - I downloaded and got message that it couldn't parse file.
  5. CW is also hardcore. I think that they are looking to eliminate an agent* supplied address that is not where you live. *face value TM30 and showing bank book for non extension requirements appears to be a clampdown on agents, but it might be a clampdown on the "wrong" agents.
  6. It is now 15 up to days before including the due by date. 15-7 which there was never any need for, was scrapped.
  7. 3 business days. Submitted last week.
  8. Just paid 50Bt Doctor fee at Chula plus another 200 tacked on. I think this is the foreigner surcharge.
  9. I once had a "not approved" and on resubmitting the exact same data was approved.
  10. So are Post Offices open today?
  11. So by post is it 15-7 days before or does it have to be 15 or more days before? Ccan't remember - thinking of doing by post as a backup, but if I am wrong on my postage date they might reject it.
  12. Seems rental agreement is required. 'Rental Agreement between the Applicant and the Landlord ; A copy of house registration. Location map of the house and a rental receipt Past three months.' Full details here: https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022C1_09.pdf
  13. That's what an agent dealing with CW told me.
  14. Basically anyone trying to stay here long term by gaming the visa situation.
  15. Be advised that if you file late (more than 7 days after the due date) you have to file a new TM30.
  16. Go and see a Doctor.
  17. If the terrible truth be told, this was always a fear in the back of my mind and might have led to me putting off a colonoscopy that could have saved me a lot of problems. I would have sought a second opinion if surgery had been suggested - particularly in a private hospital. There was little doubt as to the need for surgery when symptoms of blockage appeared.
  18. Colostomy. https://www.cancer.org/treatment/treatments-and-side-effects/treatment-types/surgery/ostomies/colostomy/types-of-colostomies.html
  19. Blocked intestine due to tumor blocking the sigmoid colon. You say symptoms - is someone saying you need it done based on symptoms? As Sheryl says, are you sure you don't mean colectomy, or colonoscopy?
  20. I used to refer to the 7 BG as the last hassle free place left in Bangkok.
  21. It depends on each individuals level of conversion of injected Testosterone to Estrogen. At one extreme you get gynecomastia, at the other extreme you might be at risk of osteoporosis and many things in between.
  22. They wanted I think Bt8,000 (now Bt 9,000) including a 1 hour consultation for a full blood panel. I priced it and it seemed in line with private medicine prices. Testosterone can be legally bought over the counter without a prescription.
