So by post is it 15-7 days before or does it have to be 15 or more days before? Ccan't remember - thinking of doing by post as a backup, but if I am wrong on my postage date they might reject it. -

Be advised that if you file late (more than 7 days after the due date) you have to file a new TM30. -

If the terrible truth be told, this was always a fear in the back of my mind and might have led to me putting off a colonoscopy that could have saved me a lot of problems. I would have sought a second opinion if surgery had been suggested - particularly in a private hospital. There was little doubt as to the need for surgery when symptoms of blockage appeared.

Blocked intestine due to tumor blocking the sigmoid colon. You say symptoms - is someone saying you need it done based on symptoms? As Sheryl says, are you sure you don't mean colectomy, or colonoscopy?

It depends on each individuals level of conversion of injected Testosterone to Estrogen. At one extreme you get gynecomastia, at the other extreme you might be at risk of osteoporosis and many things in between.

They wanted I think Bt8,000 (now Bt 9,000) including a 1 hour consultation for a full blood panel. I priced it and it seemed in line with private medicine prices. Testosterone can be legally bought over the counter without a prescription.

No. Differentiation refers to how much like normal cells the cancer are or are not. Poorly differentiated are faster growing than well differentiated and thus poorer prognosis. Stage 4 means spread to a site distant from the site of the original tumor e.g when colon cancer spreads to the liver and/or the lungs.

In the US now, 50% of people die of "frailty" and cognitive decline. Their quality of life isn't better, they just live longer with multiple conditions. It bankrupts their relatives. -

It seems many are being asked to update a TM30 that old. Was the "update TM30" message generated by the online 90 day? If so, that's a new one - more tightening under the hood.
