ABS light turned on now bike won't start
xtrnuno41 replied to Kawazaki650R's topic in Motorcycles in Thailand
My Bking had once a call back from factory to change rectifier. I didnt had any problems with the old one, but changed it. Later on got problems and changed battery. The battery was on age. I could start when cold, but when i had drove it and all was hot, nada, So short cutting in battery when getting hot? Or rectifier, but that one was new? It worked good again after replacement battery. However later on, got another call back from company, again to change rectifier. I called them and yes my first replacement was again questionable and therefor again change. Old battery more vulnerable for it? However never had popping up warning lights. As I drove it too less, i decided to sell it. Marvelous bike, sometimes i regret -

Another coffee shop near my hotel bites the dust.

Just had my coffee and o see there temperature meter, coffee was 70 C -
You are right, those provinces dont want to go back, instead they want, "Bersatu would be willing to soften its previous demands for an independent state" ,a caliphate. So own sate was a demand. Further I read suppression by Thai government, violence by that government, corruption, drugs and oil smuggling. The rise of militants and jihadist and the violence from that group. Al Qaida connections. Well just an average day on planet earth. Seems Thailand is just one of those countries with the same problems as many other countries. It would have been better, Thailand not to have those provinces in the past. Just wait for the AGI and then we have totally other problems. Father AI is already in progress everywhere, now wait for the son.

xtrnuno41 replied to steven100's topic in General Topics
To create coffee 96 C is the best, according to tests. At that temperature, you extract the aroma's of the coffee the best. Too hot and coffee gets bitter, too cold and it is owl's p*ss. Of course you dont drink at 96 c, your tongue and other parts will protest. But drinking it at 50/60 C or so. Your tongue say, it's hot, but you can handle. Then also the amount of water can destroy the taste. Had a coffee shop in Satun, As first time I came there, there was less water in the cup and it was like an angle peeing over your tongue. And then they changed once to full cup, going down on my taste. I told them on next time to have 3/4 of cup filled and then it was marvelous again, but hot drinking 50/60 C! Times after that I came they already knew how i did my coffee and I didnt have to ask anymore. It was sensational to drink, as all the instant coffee brands , eeeeeeeew. When i went to Thailand had coffee at airport, Starbucks. Too much water at least, eeeeeeeew. They dont know how to make coffee. Probably American receipt, watery. Amazone in Thailand at petrol stations is quite good, happy to go there. You ever drink beer? In Thailand they just poor in, the foam is almost fading away instantly. For English ok, but not for me. The foam (2 finger rule) protects the beer from oxidation and it is nice to "bite "in. Glasses shouldnt be cleaned with soap, but only rinsed with soda water, my father told me all once and he was a bartender when he was young.(rules about beer) Also you store beer at 5 C, but drink it when it is 8 C, aroma's ! OK not for English, they drink it "hot", eeeeew. But enjoy your coffee nowadays, as many growers getting old, stop and they dont have followers. As their kids think to make more fun and money in another place. They all want to be a vlogger or blogger. Work? eeeeeeeeew Cacao the same way, love your chocolate today, as it could disappear in the near future. -
Farmers Urged to Limit Rice Crop Due to Less Rainfall
xtrnuno41 replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
So power generation could get in problems, therefor no more rice growing, PAY farmers then as compensation. Now again they try to interact on weather, however weather became in predictable, due to climate change. I wonder if Thailand has interactions and new programs working, teaching farmers. Once red a story, project of university in "my"country, about reducing water for rice and having 10% more crops! That would be worthwhile to introduce.? -

Seen them was i was way younger, in the 7 ties. Some of the band members are still playing and the band in name still exist! Marvelous blues band in the 7ties. With drummer Cesar Zuiderwijk who changed to Golden Earring In this line is also , the BIntangs, with Jan Akkerman on guitar, once said to be worlds best guitar player at that time. Dont know as there were many guitar players, so who is the best? Played also in Brainbox and Focus.. Some time later, 8 ties , harder playing band Vengeance Well known number Venus by shocking blue, later covered by bananarama. shocking blue did 2 million copies, gold , in USA. Not bad for a Dutch band at that time. Or this one from the past, song used in movie "reservoir dogs", worldwide known. He made another song and also worldwide known, I prefer "little green bag" BUt here it is, you will know it. -
You can also check on internet Alibaba. Yes normally they sell by lots of sets, but not with solar collectors. You can buy even a set $50 ! Of course you have shipment, transport, tax to pay , dont forget that, well you can chat, ask, negotiate ? Dont forget Thailand water can be totally different. In "my" country pH=7, but Thailand can have other water, and with another pH. I see some people have such solar heaters and no problems mentioned. The one you choose is a solar collector with vacuum tubes, the thing now to go for. DOnt forget there is a tank on it with 150 kg of water and then again the set weight, is your roof able to handle that? https://www.china-solarheater.com/solar-water-heater-manufacturers-thailand/ Which give some manufacturers in Thailand.

BIgt3116 gave a link and i got further on that, as all has to do with was said in there. SO i found on on internet. https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/29-Public-Handbook-2.28-certification-or-request-made-by-an-embassy-or-consulate.pdf In there they speak about 21 consideration time working days and not 3 weeks, as weekend is not working day, tough. Thai university makes bulletproof vests from recycled plastic

Is a possibility, another one is: that the right is not unlimited and does not preclude the existence of certain long-standing prohibitions such as those forbidding "the possession of firearms by felons and the mentally ill" Just claim all Americans are felons or mental ill, problem solved. -
When im in Thailand, i feel ok not to have warm water shower. It is adjusting, but its ok. when adjusted. I saw your link and it was 28950 Baht. I checked again on lazada for more of them by search term "solar water heater" and there it was , i saw your item again, only this time 20950 Baht. Already saved you 8000 baht https://www.lazada.co.th/products/150-30000-10-i1415434939-s12416000768.html? Mmm link doesnt show directly, I cut it in as it was veryyyyyy long. But if you copy and paste, then it shows you same vendor, same machine, lower price. Second hand? dont know, it is not in the description. Or because im searching from a not Thai location? I scroll further and there it is again, now it costs 23950 B, it is the only solar heater for sale and also the only same vendor. I took your link, got back in water heaters listing and searched again. I was on page 20, stopped and no solar heater in all those pages. Weird, very weird

The vests are approximately 5 meters thick OK thats not fair, if they did , good job ! -
Just asked my wife, she is labor officer, however thats just one section, there are 5 sections. She couldnt say, she somehow had some in mind that you had 30 days to go, after breaking. BUT she could not tell for real. All sections are totally separated and dont have that much contact. She said this one would be under section "Employment Office", they decide about giving a work permit and then Immigration gives out the visa. My wife has no further connections to ask. However you can walk in "Employment Office" and explain situation. Again however to go there with an interpreter, as it is questionable if they can speak English. Maybe one but then the best chance is with Immigration office, as they have more contact with foreign people and therefor speak English. And are the most experienced in visa changes, having or loosing one. I could speculate but doesnt really help, so waited till wife was home to ask if she knew something about it. But as said, she is on another section. Sorry.

Thailand's sex workers hope election will change their lives
xtrnuno41 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Jeepers, what a lot of crap in the comments. DO you think the women have more then 150 kbaht/year? Some of them, but way more .. not. What has religion to do with it? Buddhism doesnt have a god, only a former prince with a way of life and spreading that. Religion? And within religion then, see what happens with the other religions. Sexual abuse of children by priests. So called leaders with some education in government places, decide, you are that criminal and makes laws to suppress you. In the meantime they have mia noi (s) , then it is ok. Tell me the difference between them, Yeah, a mia noi is mostly better off. There is only one religion ,,, money. If you dont have, you die. There are people, they kill you over it. However a sex worker doesnt, but they need the money. Some are just forced to work that way. Lots of men want sex, so you have to pay if you want. And those sex workers have to deal with some really crazy bastards. Why you think police man is called and comes in when a customer doesnt pay? Yup, he wants a percentage. So you could call them pimps. You ever spoke to those girls? Most of the time, they do for a whole family. They do, as they were raped and have a child to support. Yeah, now you say get a "normal" job, but get less. Just eat some less and so your total family. It is an option. Yes , there are girls who have good income from sex working. The lucky ones, but again there are way more ..not. Competition is big, there are a lot of sex workers. Once met a girl, we started talking, English!, she "begged" me for some money to buy food, just 50 baht, hadnt eaten for quite some time. So gave her that 50 baht. She also asked me if price of 400 baht was ok for the work , as there were men wanting a discount and only wanted to pay 100 baht. I told her those were freeloaders, as they can pay the 400 baht. Yeah, sex worker, you have to deal with lots of <deleted> and can change you. Then you get girls , who dont care anymore then at all, it is money, life, another day. But why to look down on them and convict them as criminals, only because such high placed government as....e, decide so. Those educated people who dont want to pay you for normal work, in Thailand it happens a lot. or they just kick you out for some stupid reason, as they can. Or bigger companies, where people work their butt of and then close factory, holding back money from you, not paying you for long time. No then it is ok. You are a soldier, you fight in some country and you shoot lots of "enemies". Then you are a hero. What you did there people mostly dont know, but is cruel. Then a government is saying, it is ok to kill people, you are not a criminal. YES, replace the existing Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act, which was promulgated in 1996 and criminalized sex work. -
One dies, four cars damaged as concrete falls from elevated expressway
xtrnuno41 replied to webfact's topic in Bangkok News
Government is the client, so integer, intelligent people are deciding and approving the plans. There could be of course corruption playing. This road they made new , for safety (NOT), They made the road way wider, meaning you come out your house and you are instantly confronted with highway traffic. As many people had their house, property already close to the old road. When this road is finished, it will be a beautiful racing track. It already was, but then there are even more lanes. Instead of lowering the road on some places, they made it higher, so trucks need to speed up to get on top of the hill. People living on lower parts there cant get up on the road normally, as you have to launch yourself to get upon that road. Safety? forget it, they made it worse. One collision with that barrier and you end up ,,,dead. The road is a crying shame. My wife"s normal exit of property cant be used anymore, too short too steep. The second is a launch and go one. Of course i cant say a thing about it and probably also not my wife (or she is afraid to do so). I said she should complain and form a group with the other locals about it. But no, no one will complain. TIT, mai pen rai. It is funny making the road wider, if you get to the "center" of the place, there is no place to widen up and traffic lights are working (crossing), so all lanes (3-4) before center have to come together to ..2 lanes again. You will have lovely traffic jams there then, increase of pollution or they have to break some houses then there? Maybe they will, dont know, still not finished all. The reason for widening of road was safety, so my wife told me, instead they made a mess. -

xtrnuno41 replied to webfact's topic in Bangkok News
It is crazy, as Thai government likes you to be dead. You ve probably seen these constructions? th Separation of roads (middle of road) by reinforced concrete ! If you hit those, your live changes are really lower. They use it instead of shock absorbing metal railings. This one is brand new on a road where they expect more traffic. -

Life is nothing but waiting. You wait to get up, you wait to go to sleep. You wait to be born, you wait to die. All your actions are waiting for a next thing. Eventually waiting to die. You know it will happen. You are brought up in that way, wait. As you said, why not begin dancing around a fire Don wait. -
Young Polish Woman Dies in Motorbike Accident in Chalong, Phuket
xtrnuno41 replied to webfact's topic in Phuket News
You forget in Thailand, motordrivers ARE on the left lane and therefor most cars ARE on the right lane, even slow driving trucks. Also as a car driver, you have to overtake on the left if the slower one isnt going to the left, as it should be. Mostly with these articles, they show the recording if there was a cam available. Now they dont, so I think it is questionable. Not long ago there was an experienced motordriver also "slid under the truck". Again i see the motor wasnt under the truck, it looks quite good. The woman just could have had her motor license and was experienced, it is not told in the story. The type of bike is not the most common one to rent. I have my doubts. Cant say what i might think, otherwise it would be considered trolling. -
yes it is in her name, but they put a usufruct at the landoffice on it, so meaning he can use the land for as long as he lives. So even it is in her name, he can do whatever he likes with the land, not sell. But he could rent it out again if he wants. Usufruct is the only way to "own" the land for as long as he lives. If he dies , the usufruct is gone and land is completely back to her. It is a lease and normally a lease is for 30 years in Thailand, which you could extend for another 30 years and afterwards another 30 years. But if the owner says no after lease is to expire, then it is over. But this lease (usufruct) can be set for live, if it is made this way.

No problem now, put Semaglutide in all the food and get thin. Substance used for diabetic people, but in higher doses make you loose weight. Well have to check my insurance company, but it seems to be in the package to have for obesitas. Gained weight since i was 43, always was 82 and now way over it. Never could get it down again. No more sugar in coffee, sugarless cola, no more desert, no more cookies and ...didnt work. My life was active in job and even going to work on bike, but up and up. Yha keto methode for a month, about 500 kcal, that brought it finally down about 10kg, but going up again afterwards. So obesitas? Have to call and visit doc.
