Congratulations on your birthday. Sadly not a nice present you had on this day. Usufruct, you done well in it. Normally wise, it should be a legal thing in court. If she wants to sell anyhow, the the usufruct will stay, until you ,,die House in your name? As you have also prenup and a house YOU can poses. You bought prior to marriage and all assets prior to mariage are yours. Thai civil lawbook, chapter !V article 1470, within the mariage there is the situation "Sin Suan Tua" principle working. Meaning all money and goods prior to mariage stays with the owner. All money and goods coming in after mariage is equal owned, unless otherwise is signed up,"Sin Somros". So there is your prenup!? Though you wouldnt have need it. All should be legal and stand in court. At least gather as much evidents about your "lovely"wife, being unfaithful. It is sad but you must battle if you want to stay. I had it from another Thai blog in which a guy was divorcing from his Thai wife and his wife claimed quite some money on an in heritage from his father. He has to battle her on this and looks like he has a good chance with it, as gifts and in heritage also is under "SIn Suan Tua". So with a lawyer you can discus this. Bring it up. However, the lawyer, there it is, find a good one. There is one mentioned in the comments. There are indeed lots of stories about Thai women and dead husbands. How ugly can it gets? Everything is possible. There has been a time, with my divorce, I was thinking about,,, well you know. Happily those thoughts fade away. It is almost a normal reaction in it and it is how strong are you to cope. But that said, how strong is your as ex? OK, you made a mistake by running along with this woman. Can tell you I made quite some mistakes myself. You learn. You should by now have learned to put away some important stuff! Passport, wallets, visa and so on. I can see why you want to stay, it is a lovely property. You still have your retirement visa or changed it? Prepare to go back to retirement visa if you did. It is weird,a mariage is a lifetime contract, technically. I never heard of somebody fighting his wife to break that contract and sue for breaking that contract. As you make heavy promises when getting married.

Thai Expert Explains High Electricity Bills in Thailand
xtrnuno41 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Electricity made by private companies. Yes they make a fortune, as fossil fuels rises, so is electricity. And with solar panels you have "free" electricity, selling at higher prices. Investment is low, due to cost of solar panel and profit rises with the Ukraine war, as fossil fuels sky rocket. Same happens in "my" country, not with solar panels but windturbines. Government is now looking into it????, to have more tax on the bigger profits they make. Also the climate change train is effecting, pay more and more for you to get less. Forcing you to use less. Why you think there is alcohol in the petrol? They do so and what happens, food is getting more expensive, as the alcohol is made of the food, we eat daily. If i was Thailand, i would forget about rubber trees and have more sugarcane. Of course not burning it for easy cutting, but cutting machines to do so. SO when is Thailand starting, to make hydrogen with the solar panels? you can store it and use it in hydrogen fueled power plants. Handy if the sun doesnt shine. Ill bet they just wait on private companies again and big brown envelopes. I wonder if they red my comment of using solar panels on water (to prevent evaporation of water at the same time) made it years ago. See if now hydrogen making is now also starting. -
Yes, there will be people struggling, as Ukraine war carries on. Thailand has also the problems, though later. However covid also made a crack But before covid there was already a bad situation. I remember, government had 4 positions (in a city) to fill and the city got 2000 applications. IF they have work now with that same government, they break up, resign and leave to have easy way of live. As they dont like to do the work. Back to mom and dad? That is amazing again. If you are working for government, being an officer, you move all over the country. 4 years on a spot and then move. There are couples, married people, they almost never see each other. One could be working in Loei and the other one working in Rayong. Many older ones are totally fed up, step out and have pension. In years to come many will leave. Of course government isnt anticipating, changing (yha for worse) and the new ones? They arent that motivated to do the work. Of course not all. Being an officer, you also have to attend the weirdest events. You dont get paid for it and free time is gone. Overwork? Not getting paid. I dont know if that is government or military, for now they are the same. Amazing Thailand.

Well lots of buildings in Thailand not finished or empty. -
Man discovers 3-metre tapeworm after eating raw meat
xtrnuno41 replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Not only eating it, can cause it, when you have touched raw meat, wash your hands. Always be aware what are your hands doing and clean them, use gel. You can touch many things which could be infected by all kinds of "thingies" , which settle in you. Also even on vegetables can be ,,, When I was young my mom always said wash your hands and then we did, mostly being grumpy then, you didnt had the time. But she was right and now i take the time to wash, priority. No im not fanatic in it, but aware. Ever been to Thai market? All women have to touch shrimps, hands clean? Maybe not, but afterwards they wash in little dish bowl, where many already did. Well im still alive. For that matter, MAKRO? Meat in dripping ice, wide open. There is now a nature freak, biologist who came back from making documentary with 3 larves in his leg. Of course they were eggs first and he had no clue. But now he wants to experience the growth, to see what comes out and let them develop in his leg. Of course he has already an idea what. Ok, what ever you like. -
Another Uyghur refugee dies after 9 years in Thailand detention centre
xtrnuno41 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Of course I was amazed to read your comment, but I see truth in it. Just checked with google. However Turkey is changing now in behavior, due to trade with China and therefor money and Erdogan and associates are easy to be influenced. So i state again, there are no human rights. Thailand send back Uyghurs, knowing they wouldnt stand a chance then in China. Direct to rehabilitation centers. Those werent approved by Turkish back ground checking? Thailand doesnt know, of course they know. They just ignore their Budhistic ways. As any group with a religion ignore. Only religion, strongest religion is ,,, money Never the less, for long time the Khurds are suppressed by Turkish government. Humans always form groups and then always it goes wrong. The worst group is consisting of "3" persons, namely the group me, myself and I and they are even working in other groups. We , humans, are so clever, but on the other hand ,,,ugly stupid. -
Spanish isnt the same as Thai. Spain is EU ! Different rules, EU rules. Thailand isnt EU. Tricky headline. Ýou are married in Thailand or live together, bang, cut in pension, 920 euro's and they dont care if your Thai wife gets any from Thailand, not their problem. Red about it thailandblog (tb) several cases of cut pension. See @Henri, had his bad experiences. Programs working with algorithms and AI giving an outcome and acted to it, wrong or not. Just red about visa in tb, denial of visa by AI and they use it everywhere. Machine controls humans. "toeslagen affaire " just another sample. Another sample, now i got several times , i need to pay in advance income tax, numbers like 95 euro. What the hack, it cant wait? I MUST pay it(asked a person of tax on phone, incredible a human, but that was 2019), if not sanctions will follow, controlled by machine. She didnt say that, but it was obviously. Machine tells me to do so automatic. Later I could have it back, if machine agrees! So simple with you, you get less and your wife zip. Also red in TB, Thailand hands over the tax control of Dutch to the Dutch tax section. Meaning more control over you and no more "hanky panky" with paying less tax by Thai tax nr and Thai tax paying. And of course Dutch machines to have remote control over you. Well come to AI and machine controlling, we are the Borg, we will assimilate you, resistance is futile.

Another Uyghur refugee dies after 9 years in Thailand detention centre
xtrnuno41 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
The Irony, you flee your country, because they put you in detention, rehabilitation camps. End up in another detention camp and finally only find freedom by dying. There are no human rights, only on paper it says so and Thailand is not different in handling then any other country in the world. You send them a) to Turkey, where a dictator is already suppressing a group of people? b) back to China, direct to detention camp. Well done boys. The organisations in this mentioned were sleeping 9 years? Woke up on one dead person? Well done boys. Civilization, human rights in this world? Maybe after a million years but now absolutely not. -
Thai woman arrested for allegedly killing 5 with cyanide
xtrnuno41 replied to snoop1130's topic in Central Thailand News
Weird she didnt had any symptoms then prior to dying. She even drove her car. So she got it just going out the car? High dose, but then it is almost fast effective. However she walked to the pier. I red measuring in blood takes quite some time. 3mg/ltr is deadly. But ok , they must have found that with autopsy, as told. Proven she was poisoned. -
Back in 2017 or so, i was fined 500 baht for one day overstay in Phuket. Also had miscalculated.

Thai man fined and sentenced to prison over craft beer review
xtrnuno41 replied to snoop1130's topic in Central Thailand News
Well i red in "my" country, there is still a law active, stating if you drive a car, there must be a person with a red flag in front to make aware a car is approaching. Happily they dont enforce that law. Or do i have to wait, some police officer start doing that? -
Why Thailand keep buying incomplete material? U boats with no engines, now this boat and want F-35's which cant shoot or bomb. But ok that said, "my"country also buys F-35's which have 6-700 hard and software errors. Try USA, they have some navy boats for sale, red yesterday. Almost brand new.

Germans split as last three nuclear power stations go off grid
xtrnuno41 replied to webfact's topic in World News
I don't know what you mean by wind and solar aren't so efficient. Measured in monetary terms they give the biggest bang for the buck. monetary terms. Meaning it pays off to invest, but cant cope with usage. So more and more have to come. Birds will have more problems then with windmills instead of pollution. It is not sure if there will be an increase by using more windmills, possible. Noise of windmills will increase as there are many more to be built. There are now already a lot, just saw docu about London Array and building them. SHELL is about to built 69 of them with blades of 97 meters, extra and all countries keep on planting them. Good to hear Danish company has "solution" but it is only for epoxin based blades, they must not alter the blades then with other materials. But what about the mixture of chemicals doing it? As we are speaking also about circulair recycling. With PET you also have a recycling, but company is struggling with selling recycled PET, as it cost just some more then new PET. There we go, choosing recycle or new and which company you put down then. SHELL or recycle company, as SHELL is making PET. So it will happen the same with Danish company? Al2S3 batteries, ok, but for now one Al company in my country is bankrupt due to high gas prices. There will be more to follow, im sure. And the new battery isnt real yet there. But they are working on better batteries, i know. Still dont know what they are going to do with the CO2, as 3 companies here are subsidised to put CO2 in old gasfields. Each company 3 billion euro. Using CO2 again for making PETROL adding H2 to it. They need however green H2 which became a "problem", probably who was in charge of the green H2. I think, a reason why SHELL left the country. So no clue what they are doing, back to petrol again, but then circular? The made H2 which should also be available for industries and house hold. Well thats a lot of windmills again. They really are piling up the windmills in the seas. I still dont understand why no one ever think about the Sahara, lots of space, lots of sun, lots of energy. Maybe also to develop the Sahara to a green place in time. But ok im not Bill Gates who buys all the farmland in the USA. Not too many people? I disagree. I have seen the docu 10 billion on youtube and agree. There are too many of us. In my lifetime, it trippelt. So maybe they work on that too and we are waiting on the next virus. I still have a weird feeling about that. -
DO you remember the video from Thailand in this blog, then TVF. Some years ago already. A young Thai guy was bashing up his GF? with fist. Those were incredible recordings. On a sunny bright day, with lots of Thai people around and they did ,,, nothing. As said by some of you here, you stand up for the woman and then she turns against you! I have seen it by a movie taken, guy and woman fighting. Someone intervened and then HE had problems with both! Nowadays they say, you should film it and talk about stopping, trying to ge the heat out, that's it. Yeah, ok if you are Conor McGregor you could act different, but would you like to stop Conor McGregor?

Germans split as last three nuclear power stations go off grid
xtrnuno41 replied to webfact's topic in World News
Ok we have communication problem. Money wasting is another problem and i was referring to that. But Im pro nuclear power as we cant do without electricity. There was a time i was against it, but we need it. Windmills are nice and so solar power, but not efficient. Now and then the blades need to be changed (we dont know what to do with the old ones, already a problem) and so the solar panels. Yes we had quite some problems with nuclear plants, but the other alternatives also have there problems, for instance space. Birds are killed, disrupting eco systems and what happens with the vibration of mills in the sea or dont they produce vibes? Now everybody is hunting for Lithium and that brings a lot of problems as wel, as there is not much Li on this planeet and it cost a lot of sweet water to win it. But there is another solution and that is cutting back on humans, we are our own problems. Maybe the baby boom of the fifties and their dying will solve a bit? Or we have fusion? Can we have meltdown on a fusion reactor, as wel? -
Germans split as last three nuclear power stations go off grid

You re welcome. Of course there are better ones, depending on personal view, but will not expand further. -
Has he been to India? There it happens way more, woman's face is given "a special treatment", when the husband is angry. Signed for live, so they will never have a man again. In India , the man gets a dowry and can ask for more later in mariage. Which can lead up to treatment if woman can get anymore dowry from family. Yeah, we humans can make up lots of cruelness to each other. There are sites, you can see in phone movies. You will vomit and your mind cant cope.

Germans split as last three nuclear power stations go off grid
xtrnuno41 replied to webfact's topic in World News
Ah ok, but "we" waste money also very good . Holland traintrack, estimated 3 billion GUILDERS(that is pro EU in the nineties=1.359.120.377 euro), later on they were still busy and in 2006, it already costed 6 billion EURO And then they find out the safety system needed to be replaced, costing ? Probably another billion. Beside that the (goods transport) line made a loss of several 100 million/YEAR, while it was working without that system. Well done boys. We would have about 80 F-35's, wrong it was HALVED due to developing costs. Of course we do needed that number, so up it goes. And that thing is flying with an additional 6-700 hard and software errors. well done boys If my car has just one failure, it is rejected for the annual test. Well i spare you further cases of money wasting by the government, as the list is endless. But guess there are countries doing better,,, in wasting. -
You saw how they made them, so do it yourself? Without machine. You can make them as imperfect as you wish. You only need few, you said.

Finnish man accused by neighbours of insulting Thai people
xtrnuno41 replied to snoop1130's topic in Isaan News
The name of article, ridiculous. Also the content, compared to the linked story. Seems the Finnish guy had an attitude problem, according one story. Other story, the Finnish guy is an "angel" Im more willing to believe the first story, but could be wrong. -
Castaway farang rescued from Thailand’s waters
xtrnuno41 replied to snoop1130's topic in Eastern Thailand News
So what? Read stories of people lost or dead in jungle or on an island. I see movies people climbing towers, buildings and so and playing there, 100's meters above the ground. An airplane landing on a skyscraper and many more amazing, maybe "stupid things". It is what people do sometimes. He knew(?) what he was doing, why he was tossed away? Didnt ask for help or so. So what? -
Germans split as last three nuclear power stations go off grid
xtrnuno41 replied to webfact's topic in World News
No problem, we put windturbines in place. "My" country puts, new project, 69 turbines in the sea, with blades of 97 meter long! Delivering 2.8 % of lands energie consumption. Bet they will replace older ones for the same. Then comes the question what to do with the blades, as they they need to be replaced now and then. Already a pile of them and waiting on what to do with them. In the UK they open a new one , some day. Already 2 years behind schedule and i red they will built another 8?! It is waiting on nucleair fusion, but we can also already cut on humans. 8 billion is too much. See movie Youtube
