But I’ve never had one, I have no idea how to operate a CPAP. Just out of curiosity: which one did you buy on Lazada?

I have sleep apnea and am very probably going to need to start using a CPAP machine. I got the diagnosis in 2016 and have used an MRD (mandibular repositioning device) ever since, and that worked very well, never once woke up anymore feeling like I was being choked to death. Unfortunately, my teeth have always been quite bad, and last year my last few teeth had to be extracted. And without teeth, you can not use an MRD. At least that’s my understanding. I have been sleeping without my MRD for over a year, and that actually went amazingly well, no problems at all. Until last night, that is. Woke up in a blind panic because I couldn’t breathe, and I can assure you that’s no fun at all. Went to see a doctor at Bangkok Hospital here in Hua Hin today, and he advised me to go and see a specialist at Samitivej Hospital in Bangkok. I have an appointment this Tuesday, and that doctor can probably advise me on the kind of CPAP machine is best suited for me. I would still like some input from people who have been down this road before and have first hand experience with a CPAP. What kind of CPAP are you using? Where in Bangkok did you get it? Did that company train you in how to use it, and how to find the right settings? I have had two sleep tests back home in Holland, in 2016 and 2017, and I had somewhere around 10 stops per hour, so it’s considered to be a ‘mild’ form of sleep apnea. That’s why I could start using an MRD, and didn’t really need a CPAP. Would you recommend a new sleep test?

I don’t trust either one of them, not even a little bit. Why not release the entire Epstein files, plus the client list? Then everything will be out in the open. And why did MAGA change their tune so quickly? Screaming for years that the children need to be protected, and the Epstein files need to be released. And now all of a sudden, as it looks like Trump’s name is all over those files, protecting their cult leader is apparently much more important than protecting the children. And again with the whore. And you do realize that Ghislaine Maxwell has absolutely no reason whatsoever to say that Trump engaged in any wrongdoing, don’t you? In fact, she has every reason to deny that categorically. She’s hoping for a pardon, remember? So saying bad things about Trump would not be the smartest thing to do then. Maxwell also has a history of lying, or at least not telling the truth. The DOJ in 2022 stated that she engaged in a ‘significant pattern of dishonest conduct’. Considering her wish for a pardon, and her history of lying, her claim that Trump never engaged in any wrongdoing doesn’t mean diddly-squat. And not to put too fine a point on it: Maxwell said that she never witnessed Trump doing anything wrong. Slight difference. Long story short: there are way too many people trying way too hard to prevent the release of the Epstein files and client list. That alone tells me that some (probably quite a few) very powerful people are guilty as sin, and that they are doing everything they possibly can to make this go away.

She was not only a sex trafficker, but she also actively participated in the actual child abuse. So she was very much a part of those ‘doing all the dirty deeds’. Having said that, all those other ones doing the dirty deeds (Donald Trump very probably being one of them) need to get locked up as well. I don’t care who or what they are, Democrats or Republicans or whatever; if they’re guilty of child abuse, they need to be locked up for a very long time. Every single one of them. But Mike Johnson is doing every thing he can right now to avoid a vote about the Epstein files. This whole shutdown is a godsend as far as Trump and Johnson are concerned. Johnson won’t even swear in the New Democratic member of the House from Arizona Adelita Grijalva, for fear it might tip the scale in favor of releasing the Epstein files. And they call themselves the party of law and order…..

I had something lined up, but that fell through at the very last minute. Let’s just say that that ‘friend’ is not my friend anymore…. Anyway, I’m in Hua Hin until the end of March, and looking for a place to stay. The agents/agencies that I spoke to don’t do anything less than at least a one-year lease. My budget is around 15,000 baht/month max. A one or two bedroom house in a (somewhat) quiet neighborhood would be good. Has to be furnished. Doesn’t have to be close to the beach, or close to the town center, maximum 10-15 kilometers out. Preferably as soon as possible. If anyone knows something, or has any suggestions, I’d be very grateful. Thanks!

I, for one, wouldn’t watch that. All Trump does is repeat the same lies, talking points and pet peeves. Talk about not having anything to say.
