  1. You really write such rubbish with nothing to back it up. Do you actually have any proof or links that you can prove that you are right. If, as you claim, that Germany is a vassal state of the USA, why did the USA not stop the transfer of Leopard tanks to the Ukraine? Why is Germany a leader of the EU?
  2. IIRC the hull of the submarine cannot be sealed until the engine has been installed. However ex navy types may have a better idea than me.
  3. AFAIR what the Thai government wanted for the submarines was a proven engine used by other navies, so they chose the German model which is the engine that China agreed to supply. Now whether China knew before they accepted the contract, that Germany would not permit their engine to be used, I have no idea. What they have offered is a Chinese made engine that they claim is similar. However this engine has not been fully tested and installed in any submarine, including Chinese submarines and undergone any live testing. And there lies the problem. As I see it there are 3 solutions 1 Use the Chinese engine and pay the full price. 2 Use the Chinese engine and negotiate for a discount. 3 Scrap the deal completely. Prayuth cleverly slowed the deal down until the election results came in, and then kicked the deal down the road and has left it to the new government to sort out.
  4. Are you as rich as Thaksin? Do you have as many influential friends? Do you ever talk to presidents and PMs. Do you have a get out of jail free card? If none of these apply to you, why do you think that Thaksin is the idiot?
  5. Sadly the same laws do NOT apply equally to all citizens. That is not sarcasm.
  6. Please tell us all what punishment has been dealt to ALL the generals and senior military ranks in every military coup since 1932. They not only stole the entire country every time but the treasury and the justice system. How can anybody believe in justice after that? Of course Thaksin was charged with corruption and found guilty. It was a foregone conclusion after the coup, but would he have been charged and convicted under a free and independent judiciary? Why were none over the military convicted for treason for each military coup? I would be very happy to see equal justice for Thaksin if everybody was treated equally. But they are not, and while the military are ever present, the rules will not change.
  7. Perhaps you should put your dunces cap on. You can only be deported from a country if you are a foreigner in that country. You cannot be deported from your home country.
  8. What a load of cobblers. YOU may have fled your country to seek refuge in a foreign land. I personally don't know anybody like that. Perhaps you should think about changing the group of people you seem to hang around with.
  9. But none of it is due to the new government. It is Prayuth's farewell present to Thailand.
  10. I wouldn't got that far, but I do advocate that the retirement age for ALL politicians worldwide should be the retirement age in that country. If you are still serving on your 65th (for example) birthday you must resign and bear the FULL cost of the by election from your own funds with nothing from the government.
  11. I don't see him as a criminal either. As the victim of a military coup. Yes. As the victim of military coup justice, yes.
  12. I can still remember the smell of it.
  13. I gave it a good clean yesterday and replaced the batteries I had left in it years ago. Even replacing the batteries 3 times the display does not work. No matter as I can use the MS stopwatch feature on my phone or tablet, which will do the time and all I have to do is to figure out how to convert time into distance. I am now up to about 1 hour 40 minutes exercise in 3 sessions a day. I can walk abou 75 to 80 paces at a time now and I feel a lot better. The bad news is that I will have to exercise for the rest of my life. The good news is that I feel better and I feel that I have extended my life span.
  14. Not really. How about the word bow? Is it? 1 something used with an arrow. 2 a man bending from the waist. 3 part of a tree. No that is spelt bough. How about sew? is it something to do with 1 repairing a garment. 2 planting fruit and vegetables. No, that is spelt sow. Sow pronounced differently but spelled the same is a female pig. How about cough rough tough trough Or toe and toe. Or to, too and two. Or waist and waste. If you are fluent in English and taught old style English of 50 or 60 years ago you would understand that English is context based. So the sentence " he shot an arrow" can only mean one word, Bow. If UK English is not your first language it is a very hard language. That is without US English Canadian English Australian English New Zealand English Indian English Pakistani English All the other variations of English Not to mention Singlish from Singapore or Tinglish from Thailand. All that plus Welsh, Scottish Highland and Lowland, Northern Southern Irish, English.
  15. Have you actual genuine proof of this happening, or is it simply an allegation like so many others. If you have the proof then please publish it on the social media, MSM, not forgetting the republican oversight committee. They need helping as the have not found ANY proof that President Biden is guilty of any crime after a couple of years of investigation.
  16. That in itself is not a crime. It is an allegation without proof. If evidence and proof is provided, then it can be considered a crime especially if it goes to court and is proven. The difference is simple If I were to say that you were a thief and had stolen a million dollars, that would simply be an allegation. Unless I had cast iron evidence and proof I would be the one in trouble and quite rightly so. If however, I did have cast iron evidence and proof and it went to court, then you would be the one in trouble and quite rightly so. There is the difference.
  17. I would not have bought trash bags at 7/11 in the first place. BigC and Makro have a bigger selection and are cheaper. If I did buy the wrong thing I would simply have used them elsewhere. It would have been MY mistake and my problem.
  18. Of course he is. Everybody else is to blame except his hero.
  19. Buy smaller cars that use less gasoline. Even change to diesel, PHEV or electric vehicles. Don't forget LPD or NGV vehicles either. Even cheaper, start to use public transport or even learn what your legs are for
  20. And who broke the agreement with Iran limiting their uranium refining? It seems odd that the US trusted Iran until Trump came along and simply pulled the USA out of the agreement unilaterally. Even more odd is that the agreement is still open. Iran declared that it would no longer abide by the deal's limitations but would continue to coordinate with the IAEA, leaving open the possibility of resuming compliance.[21] In December 2020, Iranian officials expressed further willingness to rejoin the deal, provided that U.S. officials make assurances regarding lifting sanctions and also rejoin the deal Why it was your hero Donald trump. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joint_Comprehensive_Plan_of_Action#:~:text=Under the JCPOA%2C Iran agreed, uranium only up to 3.67%. Under the JCPOA, Iran agreed to eliminate its stockpile of medium-enriched uranium, cut its stockpile of low-enriched uranium by 98%, and reduce by about two-thirds the number of its gas centrifuges for 13 years. For the next 15 years, Iran agreed to enrich uranium only up to 3.67%. Iran also agreed not to build any new heavy-water facilities for the same period of time. Uranium-enrichment activities will be limited to a single facility using first-generation centrifuges for 10 years. After the Trump administration twice certified Iran's compliance in 2017, in May 2018 the United States withdrew from JCPOA as Trump pledged he would negotiate a better deal. Trump left office without fulfilling that pledge and analysts determined Iran had moved closer to developing a nuclear weapon since the American withdrawal. If you want to blame anybody blame the US Potus at the time, who just happens to be your hero, Trump the magnificent liar. (and pailed POTUS). President Biden was not in power at that time. A small tip for you, do some research before you post.
  21. I came to live here after working in Thailand. I divorced my UK wife and married my Thai wife who is 21 years younger. Like you I bought land and paid for the house. Like you my wife's true colours have come out. I am now 79 and partly disabled. Despite this my wife is supporting me in every way she can, from doing the shopping, doing the laundry that I used to do, driving me around when I ask, cooking for me and helping me in any way that she can. After 7 years of knowing her and 23 years of marriage I am more than happy and content. NOT all thai women are the same though I have noticed on this forum that the whiners, wingers and moaners come from a small group and expect everybody to be sad for them and agree with them about nasty Thailand and the nasty Thai wives. What they NEVER mention is the fact that THEY ALONE made the choice to be in Thailand, and THEY ALONE chose their own wives and family.
  22. I use the IO at Kamphaeng Phet as I live in the province for my marriage extension based on income. A couple of weeks before my extension last October I fell and damaged my right arm and elbow and couldn't write or sign anything. My wife explained to the lady IO and she said that it would be OK and that she would sort it out for me, and she did. I have to renew it next month and I am building the files for the extension (2 copies, 1 for KPP and 1 for region 5 at CM. I have used the offices at Mae Sot, Nakhon Sawan and KPP over the years and I have always found them farang friendly and very helpful. For the OP. It may be an idea to visit your normal office and explain your situation. They should give you advice and hopefully give you a work around for your problem.
