Jury finds Donald Trump sexually abused E. Jean Carroll in civil case

What misconduct would that be? The same as your proof or just hearsay? -
Jury finds Donald Trump sexually abused E. Jean Carroll in civil case

Hearsay is meaningless. The jury heard the testimony and decided on that basis what the evidence was and acted on it. They were in the court and you were not. They decided and not you. I know who I believe and it isn't you. You have nothing as usual. BTW is this what you keep telling us all to wait for? -

Unless of course they CAN prove that they were elsewhere at the time. Most business managers that I knew, were tracked by their offices and their staff and often through meetings with customers, phone calls etc. They had time schedules to meet and rarely had the time to go shopping during the working day. -

30 years ago today I was in the UK after finishing a job in Brunei and before starting my first trip to Thailand on 20th May 1993. I still have the log of my offshore jobs that I kept for the UK taxman. -

But most of the cases, both civil and criminal, have yet to be heard. -

I wondered how long it would take for a Trump supporter to come long and decry the verdict. Please tell us if you were in the court, or on the jury and heard ALL of the evidence? -
Many years ago that happened to my Peugeot 504 estate. I had to get the engine completely stripped and rebuilt. it is unlikely that you will find a new engine for a car of that age. If you buy one from a wreck you will have no idea what condition that engine will be in. IMO you will be better off in the long term fitting a reconditioned engine and with a bit of luck it may come with a guarantee. A car that old may not even be worth repairing.

I don't have one. Do you? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coup_d'état#:~:text=A coup d'état (%2F,%2C military%2C or a dictator. A coup d'état (/ˌkuːdeɪˈtɑː/ (listen); French for 'stroke of state'[1]), also known as a coup or an overthrow, is a seizure and removal of a government and its powers.[2][3] Typically, it is an illegal seizure of power by a political faction, politician, rebel group, military, or a dictator. Do YOU understand this though? Or this? Sedition https://www.google.co.uk/search?sxsrf=APwXEddzlHwnLH1_2ZAE_o36nQr_SL_QNg:1683698558380&q=sedition&si=AMnBZoFvNU0WynupgJGHQVzk85f5wOllx7KJTyLLoRl3nl9hdyRG3yPlja0mCUbOtw8D8L_lv1G5DFLQS8pbqyh noun: sedition; plural noun: seditions conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state or monarch. That would apply to both Prayuth and Suthep. Please correct me if I am wrong. -

NO. Any convictions under an illegal coup government are themselves illegal. -

Convicted under the courts run by the military after their illegal coups. If the coups were illegal, then so were the court cases.- 88 replies

And what about the clear election rules at the last election where a political leader was banned from taking his seat and the party was dissolved, disenfranchising over 6 million voters after the election? And even after the election the EC broke their own rules about the number of votes needed for a political party to be granted a party list seat. The EC, the CC and the alphabet soup agencies broke their own rules yet they are still in power for this election. You rabbit on about rules and laws as if they are sacred and cannot be changed, whilst ignoring reality under your nose. What was illegal in 2019 is STILL illegal today. The difference is that the majority of Thais, at least the ones I speak to regularly won't accept it happening this time. Did you miss the bit about farangs feeding Thais in Pattaya and donating food aid in 2019 and 2020? https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=3109237859161682 There are more links from the Bangkok Post and the Thaiger that I cannot link to but are available on the internet.

But Charles accepted Harry as his own and supported him until Harry decided that he knew better.

Actually if you check the "Republic" website there are 88,xxx of them, yet how many of them turned up to protest. One or two handfuls. Compare that to the millions of men women and children who came from all over the UK, plus all the foreign tourists who also came to enjoy themselves.

The "Republic" group of no hopers. Personally they offend me, all 88,xxx of them trying to spoil the enjoyment of millions of other people. I agree with you entirely. I suppose that a very small minority of people trying to spoil the enjoyment of millions of other people, you consider free speech. IMHO it is not free speech nor is it democracy. There are thousands of places in the UK where they could have protested but they chose that one. Of course the BBC took their side, but that is par for the course for the BBC nowadays.

I agree with you but IMHO I don't think that the majority of Thai voters will accept that this time around. I keep reading there will be another coup but the military are vastly outnumbered and there is no guarantee that the conscripts will do as they are ordered. I think this is what terrifies the military the most. Yes, they have the guns and the tanks etc, but they don't have the overwhelming support of the majority of the Thai people.
