Quote "They stormed his private residence." Really? As I understand the term stormed it is similar to this (of troops) suddenly attack and capture (a building or other place) by means of force. "commandos stormed a hijacked plane early today" Similar: attack charge rush conduct an offensive on make an onslaught on make a raid/foray/sortie on descend on take by storm attempt to capture Was there any damage to the residence? Smashed doors and windows? Did the FBI use the police heavy door opener and smash their way in? Perhaps they rang the doorbell or knocked politely and showed the warrant. This is a new chapter in American politics. Now this I do believe. AFAIK none of the other 44 presidents, screamed and shouted, took any documents with them when they left, and completed a proper Presidential handover of power. Not so with Trump. He is the sole exception, so yes, this is a new chapter in American politics, started and wholly owned by Trump who completely failed to understand that he lost the election by the popular vote AND the electoral college vote. As for the rest of your post, I can see and understand why you are a Trump supporter.

Worst Joke Ever 2025

I don't know about terrifying other people but it scares me sometimes. -
Strange post. From your comments it is clear to me that you have little idea of what is going on or even the history behind it. A small history lesson for you. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patani_Kingdom Patani, or the Sultanate of Patani (Jawi: كسلطانن ڤطاني) was a Malay sultanate in the historical Pattani Region. It covered approximately the area of the modern Thai provinces of Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat and part of the northern modern-day Malaysia it is Kelantan. The 2nd–15th century state of Langkasuka and 6–7th century state of Pan Pan may or may not have been related. The golden age of Patani started during the reign of the first of its four successive queens, Raja Hijau (The Green Queen), who came to the throne in 1584 and was followed by Raja Biru (The Blue Queen), Raja Ungu (The Purple Queen) and Raja Kuning (The Yellow Queen). During this period the kingdom's economic and military strength was greatly increased to the point that it was able to fight off four major Siamese invasions. It had declined by the late 17th century and it was invaded by Siam in 1786, which eventually absorbed the state after its last raja was deposed in 1902. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patani The Patani region has historical affinities with the Singgora (Songkhla), Ligor (Nakhon Si Thammarat), Lingga (near Surat Thani) and Kelantan sultanates dating back to the time when the Patani Kingdom was a semi-independent Malay sultanate paying tribute to the Siamese kingdoms of Sukhothai and Ayutthaya. After Ayutthaya fell to the Burmese in 1767, the Sultanate of Patani gained full independence, but under King Rama I, it again came under Siam's control. In recent years a secessionist movement has sought the establishment of a Malay Islamic state, Patani Darussalam, encompassing the three southern Thai provinces. This campaign has taken a particularly violent turn after 2001, resulting in an intractable insurgency across southern Thailand and the imposition of martial law. I had no problems with the Muslims that I worked with in Qatar, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Egypt, Kuwait, Sri Lanka, Pakistan or Bangladesh. Typically I found them friendly and helpful as most of the people that I have met and worked with around the world. Yes there are a minority who are violent, but that can be said of most people in most countries around the work. 60 years ago Protestants will killing Catholics in Northern Ireland. Would you have had them taken down as well? How about Muslims and Hindus in India ,or Hindus/ Buddhists and Tamils in Sri Lanka. or Chinese and Malays in Malaysia? Part of the problem in the South of Thailand is that the military don't want the violence to end as they will have nothing to do. Another part of the problem is that the Thai government seems to talk at, rather than talk to, the extremists. Another part of the problem is that there are a number of groups down there that don't even talk to each other.

If he wasn't elected by a free and fair election please tell us why he was elected for his second term winning an overall majority in the house? You can't believe that the last election was anything but free and fair. Elected party leaders being banned. Political parties being disbanded and over 6 million voters disenfranchised. Not to mention the Election Commission breaking its own rules and the law by changing the party list rules so that minnow parties could get party list seats. If you actually do believe that I am glad that you had/have no vote in Thailand elections.

Don't forget those naughty soldiers firing into a temple and killing the nurse will you. And if you think the current lot are whiter than white and are squeaky clean then I pity you. Do you think that the bomb/mine detectors really worked, or the army blimp was a great buy? How about the aircraft carrier with no aircraft, or the submarines with no engines or perhaps the F35? And you think that Thaksin was ripping the country off?

There is that word again IF IF I get the numbers right I can win the lottery. IF I get a full nights sleep I will be happy. IF is really whataboutery, and until it proceeds further, IF is a waste of time. -
There are now 140 STRYKER APCs in Thailand and where are they all based? In barracks in and around Bangkok, instead of the South where they are desperately needed.

Just because it is written in the constitution doesn't mean very much. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_of_Thailand#:~:text=Siam (today known as Thailand,of absolute monarchy in 1932.&text=Charters have traditionally been temporary instruments%2C promulgated following military coups. he Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand (Thai: รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย; RTGS: Ratthathammanun Haeng Ratcha-anachak Thai) provides the basis for the rule of law in Thailand. Since the abolition of the absolute monarchy in 1932, Thailand has had 20 charters or constitutions (as of 2015), an average of one roughly every four years.[1] Many changes followed military coups, reflecting the high degree of political instability in the country. After each successful coup, military regimes abrogated the existing constitution, generally without public consultation. Constitutions can be amended, rewritten or simply torn up and a new one put in its place.

Thaksin and his sister Yingluck were elected by a free and fair election by the people of Thailand. Any military coup is treason against the elected government. Yingluck was still the PM of a caretaker government and was planning the next free and fair election for the Thai people. As for the outstanding charges against them both, they were brought as a result of 2 military coups. What I find difficult to understand is that not one member of any military coup (and Thailand has had many) has ever been brought to a trial.

I use a 3BB fibre package 1000Mbps download and 100Mbps upload. I use Opera (+vpn) as my browser. My download speed seems to be very slow so I rang the 3BB call centre on Thursday evening and reported it and by 10:30am Friday morning the local 3BB team were knocking on my door. They hooked up their laptop to my router and the download speed was as it should be. We tested my lan cable and their laptop, OK. We hooked their lan cable to my pc and, fail. It was worse with the vpn on but that I can understand and accept. We tried all the combinations once again on my pc using Chrome as the browser, and got the same results. We were both using Windows 10, mine was the Home edition. The techie suggested that I take my pc back to the shop and wrote a short note in Thai with his name and mobile number to give to the shop. My Windows 10 is a legal copy installed when I bought the pc a couple of years ago. However when I try to update Windows the message reads "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes" and it will not update. Error code (0x80070422) I copied that it it tells me to update the windows 10/11 drivers. Would I be OK in doing that or should I splash out and get Windows 11 Pro?
