  1. If you read the report carefully, the plan did NOT come from the PTP, but from the SRT and the NRDIT.
  2. According to the Bangkok Post a year ago the SRT cumulative debt was 230 Billion baht which has yet to be repaid. It seems as though the SRT wants to increase the network by 75%, buy new railway rolling stock. engines, carriages, probably new freight rolling stock, all made in Thailand. All this is a great idea and a wonderful plan. The big question is where will the money come from, firstly to pay off the existing debt, secondly and thirdly to pay for all the new staff that will be be required to run the new network.
  3. Does he need to be reminded of the claims that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction? At least he claims that they did.
  4. Why should they not pay? An EV on the road still contributes to the congestion, though the pollution it causes is generally made elsewhere at the generation site.
  5. No surprise there. He has never cared before either.
  6. 3 hours ago, Talon said: Truth is still truth, no matter who someone supports for POTUS. Unless you are Trump or a Trump supporter, and you don't want to believe the truth, then it is fake truth.
  7. And what was the name of the real guy, who really to a bullet for America and died for it? Does Corey Comperatore ring a bell with you? He was the guy who rook the bullet for America, and NOT Trump, who doesn't even have scar. I watched part of a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LbgpXwGUFhM and then I dumped it when I saw Trump showing the retired fireman's uniform and kissing the fireman's helmet. Talk about self serving. Most people would have turned up and kept in the background. Trump HAS to make it about himself.
  8. It doesn't seem to show a Windows 64 bit option. I started the download changed to sown load language to English (British) and it reset the language to English (US) and still won't accept the 64 bit Windows download. Am I doing something wrong or missing something?
  9. So why did she order spicy in the first place? If I order s[icy food I just have a small taste first. If it is too spicy for me then i will say so and leave the food. When comes the time to pay the bill, I would pay it in full and explain to the wait staff, that it was my problem for ordering it in the first place. That is the blessing or the curse, of being born with common sense.
  10. Thank you for the update. I am glad that it turned out well for you.
  11. If you don't want to eat spicy food, it is probably not a good idea to go to a restaurant that serves spicy food. I have eaten Thai food in the UK, France and Germany and most of the food tastes completely different to the same dish in Thailand.
  12. And who will pay the running cost of such a service. The little things like staff salaries, the medications, the electricity and water bills. PPE for all the staff, ambulances etc. How many seats in each department, how many wheelchairs, Zimmer frames etc will be needed? How much medical equipment will be needed. Do you believe that all these things are free? Somebody will need to meet the cost because AFAICS, nothing is free nowadays.
  13. And would that be your version of the truth or hers? She was there, were you?
  14. Sadly that was a different generation.
  15. And do you have proof that what the vendor said and did was wrong?
  16. A simple easy question for you. Was it legal, and if it was, why are you complaining about it?
  17. You can do an online search for the Thai Immigration service, and ask for the contact details for the Immigration office you normally use. The only contact details that I have are for the Kamphaeng Phet Immigration office which is about 70km from where I live. I would suggest that you visit your local office (if it not too far) to get their contact details. I believe that they are also un the "Line" app but I have never used it.
  18. Is that the best you have to offer? Your interpretation against my interpretation?\\ https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=invasion+meaning&sca_esv=cc7df08423f9a468&sxsrf=ADLYWILeCJfZDC28VJy1mSTOwRinPJ2d2w%3A1729752737416&source=hp&ei=oe4ZZ4TuFtWTseMP55rw2Q4&iflsig=AL9hbdgAAAAAZxn8sSiw5_mRkhaL2wyssbx5jcIHTFQS&oq=invasion&gs_lp=Egdnd3Mtd2l6IghpbnZhc2lvbioCCAIyCBAAGIAEGMsBMggQABiABBjLATIIEAAYgAQYywEyCBAAGIAEGMsBMggQABiABBjLATIIEAAYgAQYywEyCBAAGIAEGMsBMggQABiABBjLATIIEAAYgAQYywEyCBAAGIAEGMsBSJxaUMQOWOsxcAF4AJABAJgBgwGgAegFqgEDNy4xuAEByAEA-AEBmAIJoAKwBqgCCsICBxAjGCcY6gLCAgQQIxgnwgIMECMYgAQYExgnGIoFwgIHEAAYgAQYE5gDDJIHAzYuM6AHlTM&sclient=gws-wiz An instance of invading a country or region with an armed force.
  19. Good for her. He is NOT a typical Brit tourist, but he is a poor example of the direction that the UK is heading lately.
  20. That would be you. Once in 23 years is not a bad track record. OTOH I have never claimed to be perfect. Most posters on this thread are sensible and offer advice. You, OTOH don't.
  21. That happened to me once except that I went more than a month overdue. An expensive and very stupid mistake on my part.
  22. Not really. A very sensible poster. Of course, there are always numpties who think that they can cheat and beat the system.
  23. Well, you could always try contacting Immigration as they suggest. That is the simplest and easiest thing to do. Nobody here will have any idea why your 90 day report was rejected.
  24. Why would anybody want to buy a watch. If you have a $200 smartphone, it has a clock built in. If you have a pc of any kind, it has a clock built in. Both will tell you time anywhere in the world. For 200 or 300 baht you can buy a battery powered clock from the market.
  25. As we have never met (and never will), how could you "think" that you know me?
