This is what I am sure that I ordered from Lazada. I never have had that problem. I explained to my wife many years ago (no paperwork was necessary) that any money she earns is hers, and my money is in reality our money. It supports us and sends our Thai son to university. Lands, house, land rentals etc are all in her name, everything is paid for and she gets 50% of 2 pensions when I die. Money, house, land etc is of no use to me when I die. I can't take it with me, so my wife benefits from when I am alive and also when I am dead. And she deserves it all.
