I know that the Capitol was attacked, and I know people died as a result. The tricky bit. would be actually proving that Trump ordered people to attack the Capitol. If he had put it in writing or it was on an untampered video, then most certainly he would have been taken to court and charged. Back then he was a lot smarter than he is now and he would have made sure that no evidence was available to be discovered. Now he is little more than a senile babbling old man dreaming of his future days of glory, without understanding those days are long past. Also a lot would depend on the exact timing of that message, i.e. was he still president at that particular time, or was he an ex president and a private citizen with no authority. I would hate to be a prosecutor and take that case to court.
