Soooo, the man doesn't care enough about his country to fight for it. That says a lot about why Ukraine is losing the war against the most useless army on the planet.

Pentagon Orders Expulsion of Transgender Troops Within 60 Days
thaibeachlovers replied to Social Media's topic in World News
I certainly wouldn't want to serve on the battlefield with females. front line troops need to depend 100% on their companions, and not suffering from PMT or such like. As a medic I did a training course with females and they were pretty useless in the field. Took 10 minutes to get dressed when the "enemy" was attacking in the middle of the night. Some of them didn't even want to do what they were told to by an NCO. At the after course party, they were all over the instructors like a rash- I never saw sex appeal blatantly used like that before. -
Apparently you have been hiding in a cave for the past 4 years, as Biden already made the US a laughing stock.

I like that. I only wish he'd been thrown out rather than allowed to walk out . That might be the only time his natty cos play uniform got dirty.

They got to give up paying for a military that mattered, so they could afford to support all those illegals they welcomed to stay at their expense. How did that work out for them?

Reminds me of when I acquired a rental from Walking Street and took a motocy taxi to the hotel because I thought it would be cheaper than hiring a baht bus, but cost the same as a baht bus because her "brother" was the driver. After that I always asked the price before taking the ride. Bolt didn't exist back then, along with mobile phones- happier days for sure.

IMO any farang wanting to turn Pattaya into a family resort should be tied to a tree on the promenade and katoeys allowed to throw stones at him. Then tied to a baht bus and dragged to North Bus station and deported in the baggage compartment of a bus to Ekamai, never to return.

Were there ever? The only strictly BJ place I knew of was on Patpong, not that I visited it- L T was my style. I spent many many happy visits in Pattaya and trawled the bars from Walking Street ( I was there long before that even existed ) on both second and Beach roads to as far up Naklua Rd as the bars went, but I never saw a BJ bar, nor was one ever mentioned in my presence.

My first long stay in Pattaya was on Yamato opposite The Dog's Bo***cks bar. Had a Brit owner that beat up his business partner in the soi on Xmas eve to much encouragement from said bar opposite. His wife was not impressed and next time I came to stay he ( and his wife ) had departed. That was long ago, and in happier times ( but not for the business partner ). Later on I stayed in one of the Sawasdee hotels when visiting over many years, till they went mad and started charging 900 baht to stay in an hotel with 6 floors and no lift.

To be a leftist, is it a prerequisite to hate the west?

That was a different world, and JFK would likely have lost to Nixon today, IMO. Since then the Euros have been exploiting the US, and China is the great threat ( not Russia ), thanks to Nixon. It's pointless to compare now with then. IMO people now would laugh at JFK for his "ask not what your country" speech. Seems like everyone has their hand out these sad days. -
US votes against the free world at UN

Quite rightly too. The British in WW1 offered home rule or something like that if the Irish fought for Britain. Post war they gave Ireland the Black and Tans and Percival. Not to be ever trusted again. -
and liars.

Had Hitler left the generals to get on with it, it's likely they would have won in Russia and D Day would not have succeeded, but he kept interfering and ultimately lost the war for Germany. Eg he would not let the army retreat from Russia while it could, which meant it was lost.

Are you saying that people in the UK DO want to start a nuclear war to save Ukraine? Sure seems like it.
-
but apparently not for Britain, which did get left behind post war, and still had to repay the US for the goodies during the war. Did Germany have to repay all the US $ that it got post war? Seems it's more advantageous to be a defeated enemy of the US than a friend during the war.
-
That just shows a/ Ukrainians are dumb or b/ the polls were rigged. IMO.

He is probably implying that because Trump has got off the MMCC gravy train and is giving the greenies the finger salute, we are all going to die in a massive cloud of exhaust fumes, LOL. Actually it's a bit strange that Trump jumped off, as it's a recipe for minting a fortune out of the sheeple for windmills and such like silliness. Nuclear power doesn't stop when the wind doesn't blow.
-
Quite right too. Euros have been fighting each other since they were countries, for centuries.
-
Seems you don't understand Trump very well, with your but but but 80 years of friendship irrelevance. Trump, IMO, doesn't give a rat's bottom for all that, and considers the Euros to have been taking the US for a ride, and it's going to all stop now under D Trump. Trump only cares about the US ( and for some inexplicable reason a certain other country ), and if the others want to be friends with the US, on US terms that's OK, but if they don't, well that's going to be their problem. Trump doesn't have friends- he has business partners. BTW, what BENEFIT did the US get out of paying the lion's share of the costs of the "friendship" with the Euros? They get military bases closer to the enemy, but what else do they get for the US $? Plenty countries get deals and friendly relations with other countries without having to pay to protect them.

Updates and events in the War in Ukraine 2025
thaibeachlovers replied to cdnvic's topic in The War in Ukraine
Zelensky should take the deal as he is unlikely to get a better. Let's be clear, Zelensky is NOT the big dog here, he came to the US as a beggar, not as the guy in charge. Was it a trap, as some surmise? If it was, Zelensky jumped into it boots and all, and should have known better. Seems like he doesn't know how to deal with Trump, who is the man with ALL the cards. If Zelensky thinks he can get a "security guarantee" from Trump that commits the US to getting involved in the war, he is demented. Trump gets out of wars, he doesn't get into them. While the Euros are rallying around Zelensky, it's all talk- even with the US support under Biden, Ukraine was losing the war in the east, and if the US stops supplying weapons and munitions, it's unlikely that the Euros can reverse the loss on their own. The danger now is that they will supply missiles that can attack Moscow, and then it's really into uncharted territory, but it won't end well for Ukraine. -
I wasn't aware that you are hanging around with Trump. Are you best buds and does he tell you things the rest of us don't know about?
