Never went to Grace before it got taken over by the ME demographic, had a look at Washington Square- too boring. Patpong was too commercial and the night market was a mood killer trying to get around. Cowboy was my first haunt, Tilac to be precise, before it went trendy, violet and not worth visiting. My first GF was from there, till she got too grumpy. Nana was the cheese though, paradise on earth. It died long ago though, when they put the bars in the square and Hollywood Royale closed. The only Bond girl I liked was Ursula Andress ( and she is far more famous than Galore ). Known to myself and compatriots as Ursula Undress. I still have a magazine photo of her in her iconic white bikini ( the knife belt she wore is a British army web belt painted white ) with Connery looking all manly on the beach in Dr No- the first Bond film I saw. Started really well, but the "dragon" was pathetic and the special effects at the end were rubbish. IMO they always made the early Bond movies as cheaply as possible.

Last movie I saw in a cinema was Top Gun 2, and that had a pathetic plot and far too much computer time. I'd rather watch a Sean Connery Bond film that whatever they come up with now, if they even make another. As for Mirren, just lost my previous high regard for her. She liked Brosnan as 007- the worst Bond of all. Worse even than Lazenby. Played it as an emasculated lady boy. Last decent movie he made as a lead was Taffin. So bad in Mama Mia 1 that they had to reduce his time in 2 to a few minutes.
