I think that is tongue in cheek, but IMO the time is coming when governments will be forced to allow voluntary euthanasia. It's just not going to be possible to find enough working people to care for the aged, and the standard of care for those that don't have lots of money will be abysmal. It's already bad ( I know people that work in that industry ), short staffed, underpaid, demoralised. I just hope they let us off ourselves painlessly before I get sent to one of the gulags for the elderly.

IMO the Iranian response was the intended outcome of the attack on the consulate. IMO Netanyahu needed a deflection from Gaza and he has succeeded in that. None of the usual sycophantic leaders are calling for a ceasefire or feeding the Gazans now, are they? I've said it before and I'll say it again, but IMO the "plan" is to get Biden/ Harris elected and after a while have Harris take over. I agree, and IMO it will end after Zelensky is forced to negotiate. IMO Russia will keep what it has, Ukraine will not join NATO, and Zelensky will be looking for a friendly country to spend his loot in.

No, but I have no hope that humans will ever become civilised and stop killing each other. As I see it we will just keep killing each other till we manage to invent a weapon that really kills us all. As one that volunteered to go to Vietnam ( I was just lucky it ended for us before I went ) and kill boys I didn't know as part of the Great Game between America and Russia, I can't claim to be any sort of saint, but we all get fooled sometime.

Because the land it exists on was actually occupied by other people. It's not generally acceptable now for old white men to take land on the other side of the world off one lot of people and give it to another lot without the agreement of the people that already live on the land. However, that happened quite a lot early last century, and still happens, unfortunately ( does Diego Garcia ring any bells? ). The usual reaction is for the people that had their land stolen to fight back, in any way they can. As has happened in Palestine.

I don't know where this "Russia will take over ( all of ) Ukraine" comes from. Putin was barely able to take what he's got, and he never lasted this long by being a fool that would try and take all of Ukraine. BTW, the nurses and ambulances drivers in the UK are likely still not paid what they are worth because all the money got sent to Ukraine. All that ammunition costs a lot of money and it's the taxpayer providing it, not Santa.
