I agree that incontinence is a problem post op, but not necessarily needing diapers. I make do with female incontinence pads that have a convenient sticky strip to keep them located in my ordinary boxer shorts. I use the female ones because the specifically "male" variety cost waaaaaay more and do exactly the same thing. I am lucky and only have occasional leakage, not full time. I still have at least one sphincter, though it doesn't work as well as it used to pre op. Men have 2 sphincters, and internal and an external one.

It may be said, but it's not true. I had my op just before the cancer broke out of the prostate, so it hadn't had the chance to spread. Had I waited I'd already be dead.

I had radical prostatectomy and regret it since, but there are far better procedures now, that I didn't have the option for. Knowing what I know now, if I got prostate cancer now ( in my 70s ), I'd have a TURP and party till the end. I'd keep enough money for a trip to Switzerland when it got too bad or the money ran out. I regret staying alive just to end up in a horrid nursing home.

"Friends" can be the worst scammers of all, as I well know having been cheated out of a year's income by a 30 year friend, now very definitely an ex friend. May he rot in hell. BTW, people don't go to Thailand for their "nuptials" if that means a legal marriage, but just for the ceremony which has no legal standing. Unless, of course, they go to the amphur and fulfill all the legal requirements first.

What do you like about Thai culture?
thaibeachlovers replied to bob smith's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Yeah. They don't hold much enthusiasm for western BS like man made climate change is going to kill us all unless we buy a tesla, or Russia is the enemy because we don't like Putin, and there are dozens of genders because our education system is barking. There are a few more reasons why Thailand is a million times better than western countries, but those are enough for now. -

BS, BS and more BS. Get out of your bubble if you want to experience reality. I am far more fearful of the many ultra violent thugs in western countries than I ever was in Thailand. -

That wasn't your question. That has nothing to do with liking the culture. I like it because it hasn't yet gone down the road to hell that western "developed" countries are running down fast as they can. -

It's mostly devoid of PC or wokeness. Can't get better than that. -
China. NZ is a sparsely populated country with a large agricultural industry. China currently pays NZ to send food to China, but if it owned NZ it wouldn't have to pay.

LOL, LOL, LOL. no wars? Middle East peace? Heard about Afghanistan? Heard about Syria? Heard about Yemen..? None of the above started by Trump, and he started the procedure to end Agfghan conflict. Under trump the economy lost 2.9 million jobs. The unemployment rate increased to 6.3%. Deliberately ignoring covid, are you? Low gas prices? They would still have been low if not Trumps paymaster Putin had gone on a genocidal rampage in Ukraine. Trump wasn't in charge when that happened. That one is entirely down to your hero, Biden. -

Given the OP's opinion of Trump, is this some sort of joke thread, or baiting, or suchlike? I doubt the OP is looking for something to change his mind about Trump over. -
Waaaaay more significant against Germany, considering it's history. A conviction of supporting genocide by Germany would have a far greater effect than a ruling against America, as I guess most people already know America is complicit in israeli attrocities, by unconditional support of the assault on Gaza.

Israel is at War - General discussion (pt3)
thaibeachlovers replied to Social Media's topic in The War in Israel
Seen on Al Jazeera this morning. Israeli attack kills 3 sons and 3 grandchildren of Hamas political leader in North Gaza ( illegal collective punishment ), and another killed 14 people, including children, in a Gaza refugee camp, without warning. Al Jazeera titles their reports as "Israeli genocide" and it does seem that that is true. https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2024/4/10/israeli-forces-kill-three-children-of-hamas-leader-ismail-haniyeh-in-gaza In an interview with Al Jazeera Arabic, Haniyeh confirmed the killing of his children Hazem, Amir and Mohammad along with a number of his grandchildren on Wednesday. Shehab news agency reported that at least three grandchildren of the Hamas leader were killed in the attack. https://www.newarab.com/news/israel-kills-14-palestinians-gaza-eid-al-fitr-airstrikes Gaza: Israel kills 14 Palestinians, including children, -
Israel is at War - General discussion (pt3)

Indeed, America is going to suffer in the Middle East as it's support of israel while it oppresses Palestinians is likely being used by Iran to arm anyone that will expand the conflict in the Middle East against the US. Iran has probably been seeing how America is waging a proxy war in Ukraine and is learning the lessons of how to do it. I doubt the Iranians care any more how many Palestinians die than the US cares about how many Ukrainians die. -

FWIW I think you guys will win and clear that area anyway There are no winners in this. Israel may kill a lot of Hamas fighters and proclaim victory, but such is the hatred they have created it will just be a pause till the next strike against israelis, anywhere on the planet. Perhaps they are so blinded by hate for Palestinians themselves that they can't see what they are creating- the forever war. -
Who thinks this is useful innovation ?

We used to wind car windows up and down ourselves, and close the boot ourselves, but now such tasks are done by the machine. Taken to it's logical extreme is there anything that humans will have to do, other than get fat for lack of activity? -
Some things will never change - will they ?
thaibeachlovers replied to The Cobra's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
I'm somewhat sceptical of that. I had one that I didn't know had already had a short time, and she wanted me to have a Mrs Palmer rather than the real thing. Seems she hurt too much for a second round. If that is the result of just one guy, 18 would be pushing it for number 19, IMO. Of course, if she was a party girl, she may not have had a problem. In Playkool ( Nana ) in the mid 90s there was one extremely attractive dancer that seemed to be going out ST quite frequently every night, but she is the only one I know of that partied a lot. -

While I didn't ask them to wait, it wasn't that they were with someone else in Pattaya, but that they had usually departed for good. I had one that went off for a couple of years and came back, and another that saw me and was able to convince me ( reluctantly ) for another go. I took her to Hua Hin and she was actually better second time around. There was one that I had the address for and wrote to say I'd be coming back. Took her to Thong Nai Pan Yai and she was a disaster second time around. Early on, I met someone in Tilac and she was my holiday GF for 4 years. Had one from Hollywood Royale for a few years, and at the turn of the century I found one that I had a somewhat stormy relationship with for 8 years, even after she left the bars and went to university. She found some rich guy and never had an e mail from her since. The one I really liked had such terrible stretch marks that I couldn't bear to look at them ( she had a delightful child though ), so she was a non starter. The one that was the best all rounder of all was the one I blew it with big time- still wonder if it would have worked out. She had the body of a goddess and was amazing in bed. She spent a very pleasant month with me at Railay. I guess I just wasn't ready to go to the next level with anyone then. Is it strange that the ones that come to mind the most easily ( other than the ones I knew for years ) are the ones I met, but never proceeded to a bar fine with. The possibilities rather than the realities, perhaps. Perhaps I was lucky, but I had very few duds among a lot of gems. Was I mad to give it up for marriage? Given a prostate operation had a major effect ( happily Cialis does work ), perhaps it was time, but I definitely made a wrong choice.
