Hmmmmm, he must have seen the writing on the wall and is walking back his grovelling visit to suck up to netanyahu when it first started.
I was watching ( live ) the meeting of Arab and Muslim leaders in Saudi on Al Jazeera, and the condemnation of israel was universal among the leaders that spoke while I was watching. Even Abbas seems to have grown a pair and is making some very critical comments about israel.
All demanded an immediate end to the bombing, and a ceasefire with the border opening permanently for aid.
Those that addressed the future, demanded a Palestinian state based on the 1967 border ( and obviously evacuation of illegal israeli settlements ).
Now, all they have to do is take action to make it happen.
It'll be ironic if netanyahu's "solution" to Gaza ends up with israelis gone from the west bank and a free Palestinian state. I'm sure that's not what he wanted.
Meanwhile, as seen on Al Jazeera, an israeli minister seemed to be threatening to bomb Beirut if Hezbollah carries on attacking israeli positions ( his statement was being translated ). That's going to "upset" Biden, or one hopes it does.

"Hezbollah is dragging Lebanon to a possible war, and is making mistakes," Israel's Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said at a situational assessment near the Lebanese border Saturday, adding that the Lebanese citizens would be the first to pay the price for this kind of mistake. "What we can do in Gaza, we can also do in Beirut."
