Not a good idea. When they get a response they sell that info and you get loads of similar. I made that mistake to something about a parcel needing to be paid for ( I was waiting for a parcel co incidentally, so thought it about that ). I never had need of scrap paper after as I got so many scam letters. PS I didn't pay anything as I got the post office to check the sender's address which turned out to be a closed factory in Europe.

Russia- huge country, nuclear arsenal, loads of resources, history of being terrible at war, but winning by sheer force of numbers and General Winter. Napoleon and Hitler learned the same lesson.
