  1. Perhaps we should regard this accusation of treason against President Obama, taken together with the imbecilic use of the fake video of his arrest, as marking the completion of a remarkable achievement by President Trump - in no more than 6 months he has managed to shred, destroy and remove any respect for, integrity within and dignity of the Office of The Presidency of The United States (the first of the 3 coequal branches of government). He has also emasculated Congress (the second) and established a precedent for ignoring the courts (the third). All as well as instituting effective detention without trial, putting troops on the streets and opening concentration camps (that deals with the Constitution)! There really is very little left amidst the wreckage - they can't even grow bananas!
  2. No you didnt say that. @dinsdale said it. Unless of course, and here's a thought, you and him are actually the same person! Oops!
  3. I am on topic. You said that Obamah lost the election, he wasn't even running in it!
  4. I'm a bit confused - did Obama lose an election? I don't think he was standing in 2016? I was rather under the impression that he won both of the elections he ran in, 2008 and 2012? I seem to recall that the major conspiracy at that time was a fat orange man from New York, with an unsavoury past regarding "interests" in young girls insisting that Mr Obamah wasn't born in the USA?
  5. Shouldn't imagine he will be much mourned. Wasn't she a pretty girl? May Perpetual Light shine on her. He will face justice, I believe.
  6. Its very simple isn't it. Anything, anything to distract from the cold hard truth, which is inexorably coming out, like fluid oozing from a shallow grave, that he was for years a player in the Epstein "nonce fest". We knew the game was up when the defence " he doesn't like teenagers, he prefers older women" was trotted out!😂
  7. We, or rather those who govern Britain, are simply not trying. They are content to see mass immigration change the country, they think it will benefit them politically; they imagine they can ride on the tiger that it will create. In 1940 our government, and in particular the man who led it, made it his absolute top priority to ensure that the people were "on side" in the country's struggle. There was a clear aim, the people were with him and he provided clear unequivocal leadership which united the country in the face of a very real threat to take it over. 70+ years later our government and the man who leads it is disambiguous in his public statements, has no clear aim and shows contempt for the people of his country. The threat, uncontrolled large scale immigration, although different in form is as existential; just as great a threat to our way of life. One further point, 70+ years ago whilst there was much talk of a "fifth column" working to undermine from within, in truth although there were individuals, as a formed and effective body it did not exist. Today we have allowed a foreign culture, through concentration and societal organisation, to wield political power out of proportion to its numbers which is being exploited by those who wish to change our society to ignore and overule the wishes of the people. Put bluntly, (and no criticism of our present day relationship with Germany), if in 1940 we had a large organised cohesive German community, resident in the UK, but owing its allegiance to Germany, effectively voting en bloc as it's community leaders told it to, and controlling several of our major cities, and with considerable influence over many of the agencies of government things would have have been very different. Posted at 3am because I can't sleep tonight!

3 minutes? You can last that long? Well done sir!
  9. If she is released on time served, on bail or pardoned there will be a tragic traffic accident shortly after...
  10. Dear God, just when you think the debate couldn't get any more sick or cynical this pops up!
  11. Possibly the least effective defence since "we were just following orders"!
  12. I would agree that blackmail (in the conventional sense to obtain money) was unlikely to be a Billionaires motivation. However, Epstein was no fool, and was aware that his addiction to sex with young girls could land him in trouble. It was an addiction, made possible by his wealth, and like many addictions he could not resist it. It may be that he maintained a record (a list) of those who were party to, and part of his antics, as a form of insurance. His death may be because he realised that the insurance policy wasn't going to work and so killed himself, or he may have been killed by ruthless people who knew or suspected that they were part of that insurance policy and had no wish to see it deployed. Returning to my first point, it was long known that Trump was party to Epstein's antics, that was known long before Obama, Clinton or Comey came on the scene. At that stage it could be dismissed as unsavoury, just more "Trump sleaze"; however accusations and circumstantial evidence are emerging that Trump was part of rather than merely party to those antics. Suspicions which are merely exacerbated by "the list is on my desk", "there is no list", " it's all a plot created by the Dems, Obama, Clinton, Comey, the media", "you're all stupid for believing it" hubris. The only way to lay this ghost is full open disclosure and rigourous public investigation by impartial figures; that is not going to happen. People can come to their own comclusions as to why that is, for my part it is because I think that the evidence suggests that Trump was an active player in Epstein's "entertainments". I may be wrong, in a way I would be happy to be proved wrong, but it is all rather pointing that way.
  13. Going back to the topic, Trump has made many "idiot moves" in his chaotic political career. Perhaps the most astonishing is his belief that his close, long lived and it is suggested very "active" association with Epstein could escape scrutiny when he went into public life. A remarkable testament to his belief that the rules simply don't apply to him, a belief resulting from his narcissism and his amorality. Now he is under scrutiny he is typically flailing around in a chaotic attempt to blame anyone and everyone but him; when you find yourself in quicksand and flail around, you just sink more!
  14. A 1.5% lead on a 64% turnout was not annihilation, nor, before anyone suggests it, was it a major landslide. I don't dispute that Mr Trump won the election.
  15. Chiang Rai, some 10 years ago had a large programme of constructing drainage channels, within the city along with a major dam just downstream of the city to control water drainage. Last year the city suffered catastrophic flooding. The drainage channels have for several years been, and remain, clogged with vegetation. Of the 11 "gates" on the dam, only 3 work. They have brought mobile cranes in in an attempt to get some of the rest open. Maintaining the dam and clearing the channels...
  16. They got an aircraft carrier but it doesn't work. They have been trying to get a submarine for years. Now they want a cruiser? Ah, oops, motorbikes, I see, silly me!😏
  17. No one in his right mind is going to be permanently associated with, and bear responsibility for the various shenanigans surrounding ICE's antics. Too much risk of being held to account!
  18. It almost certainly is - I suspect that the statistics are, umh, incomplete...
  19. Taking into account the general situations viz-a-viz Epstein and some of the associated allegations against Trump, that is an unfortunate comment to say the least!
  20. A 1.5% win on the popular vote, in an election with a turnout of 64% is not exactly a wholehearted rejection! Trump's, your and many other's dislike of MSNBC, CNN, PBR, BBC and other media outlets is simply based on the fact that their content does not slavishly adulate Trump.
  21. They will build a fence - and Cambodia will pay!
  22. I should imagine that the PPP model is not the only thing being leveraged! I bet there is lots of old fashioned Thai business investment leverage going on ! I thought that they were well past the bidding stage anyway! I saw a mock up at Hualampong some 10 years ago - mind you it was made of cardboard!
