Your better off getting some kind.of visa in UK as if you want a.marrige extension it can only be issued on a visa not 30 day, normal a single entry non o, otherwise you will need an agent this side for all the hassle of getting a non 0 then after that getting an extension of stay based on marrige. Depends how you look at unfortunate. If you been living and working in another country for a long period of time, been married, had 2 lovely children. But because of the difference in salaries in Thailand to UK hasnt ammassed 20k then yeah im unfortunate. But there again im not to sure.many people at 50 in the UK would have 20k in the bank either.

I think the plan should be to convince the "wife" to stay in Sweden for the time being and think about the kids education rather than her own needs. The guy said he is still working age so get a job, stick the 1.mil (thats only to spend in Thailand)in an investment account earning 5-10% a year then look.at the situation when 1. The child has a good education and 2. They have more money. Trust me, i have an 13 and 11 yr old myself and only wish they were in a UK school. Unfortunately I don't have the 20k minimum to relocate back to UK otherwise I would. Give a little more info. How old are you roughly, how much you get extra income roughly. Are you capable of working in Thailand do online work or something If you have 1 mill, no extra income, no realistic change of getting a job here. 1.mill with no rent, living frugalish but OK, 25k a month. You will live OK 3 ish yrs. No 800k in bank could be worked around if you pay an agent 13-20k for them to sort visa out without the money in bank.

This is the problem USA like to be different on loads of things, that's why unless they are quad band or world band phones alot of European/Asian phones wont work in USA

Sorry but you cannot, visas are issued outside of Thailand and there after its an EOS based on the visa you had. Unless they have changed it because of closed borders

You can never get any visa from within Thailand only Extension of stay For this is over 50 will be a retirement visa which is 1900 baht and 800k in bank 2 months before and the next time a 90 days in due. If you do not have 800k see an agent they may be able to help, there fees range from 13-25k

Can anybody recommend a good Crypto exchange to use in Thailand that can also be linked to a Thai account or Thai Debit/Credit card. I tried with Bitkub but they rejected my KYC TWICE saying my passport or visa had expired when it hadn't, when i try to call them they could barely speak English to the point i was doing police talk just to spell my name. Then kept on hold then didn't call back when they said they would so my initial experience with them is not so goos. Iv got a Zipmex account now but app seems a bit crappy so just looking for alternatives. Thanks
