Hey PS3 how did you manage to get such good sppeds, i have got a Hutch USB stick and the maxmimum it advertises is 136kb second in BKK!

I use Skype extensively, from to Thailand/UK/USA and my experience is excellent, both voice and video. If Skype does not work for you it ain't Skype, so another service will almost certainly not be any better. Cheap as chips too (except don't call a mobile in the UK.. Ouch!).

I also use skype on a daily basis all day and must agree with the OP that its rough at times..des anybody else have experience of voipcheap? It sounds like a good alternative

I recently took a position as manager. Several of my staff are not performing, disruptive etc.

What are the procedures for getting rid of them?

perfect example of a crap manager... staff are not perorming get rid of them..have you ever thought why they are being disruptive etc....try managing them and maybe turning them around to be good workers..

and yes.. you WILL have to pay all of them severance of 90 days after 1 year with the company, 30 days notice period and all their holiday.. so your looking at 4months pay plus holiday for each of them else you will be hauled up to the labour court within a month

Im looking for a bit of advice but also a warning for others...

my mum has her own small business back in the UK, last year when i wanted to borrow some money off her i thought I would save the charge by getting her to do a refund from her PDQ machine onto my Virtual KBANk Visa card/Shopping card..no problem 5 days later cash was in my account..

This year i wanted to do the same again..problems galore.... its now been nearly 5 weeks and the money still hasnt arrived in my account.. in typical thai form they told me that you cannot refund a kbank shoping card unless you brought something using that card and are just looking to refund that amount(even though i did it last year).

i have provided them with the Actual slip from the telling machine which clearly shows not only the VISA card number but also the words 'refund accepted' written on the slip and also the unique transaction number that VISA provide everytime a transaction is done...

I seem to be getting nowhere fast with people on the end of the phone at KBANK and am getting sick of having to explain the whole episode everytime I phone up and want to speak to somebody about it..

Has this happened to anybody else before or does anybody regualry get refunds put on their card like paypal etc...

Change the location of the itunes folder in prferences>>>advanced and then browse to the backup location>> make sure that keep itunes organised is selected and it should then recorganise the Itunes Database so it reads of the external drive>> the way to check this after is by right clickin a song in the databse and 'open in explorer' if it then opens the song on the external drive then it has worked..

The other option is to delete all the songs and the database open up Itunes with a new DB set the itunes music folder to the external drive and then file>>add folder>>> and leave it for a few hours while it adds all the songs to the newly created DB (make sure that copy songs ISNT ticked)

Hi i have a quite a number of csv files that each have a column that needs to be totaled up, my problem is that the autosum seems to n=be showing the incorrect total and from what i understand this is because it is in csv format.. i have saved as a excel work shhet but still the total shows the same?

Is there any excel gurus out there that can popin tme in the direction of a solution as ihave about 30 of them to do!

That might of been the case before but Thailand is fast becoming a expensive place to live(apart from accommodation)
