Well, I don't have to be a professional race car driver to be able to tell whether someone can drive either, and it's a well established fact that London has a problem. Now I'm not saying it's happening everywhere all the time, but it is happening! I don't understand why you get upset when people point that out! Also, it's not just the ghetto areas that have a problem. These people place scouts in the nice shopping areas that look specifically for people with nice watches on, so they can call in their scooter gang that will then take it off them and just because YOU don't see that everyday or never had it happen to you doesn't mean it's not happening at all.

Never set foot in London, BUT as the article states, knife crime went up several hundred percent and there's tons of videos on youtube from watch channels that say that it's not a good idea to walk around in certain parts of London with a luxury watch on and the people who run these channels are from the UK.
