You use the electric , you should pay the bill , You always have to make sure you pay the rent /mortgage to make sure you have a roof over your head ,and electric and water bills as you cannot really live without those..but i suspect other things might come first for them ,nights out ,lottery tickets Etc . I got mine at a time ,were if you had one you could get free hospital services, used it for a year ,until they started to change things that Thaksin had done. Yes Farangs were once included in the 30 baht hospital system . regards worgeordie
