Just out of interest (and not directed at the OP) do many of you really like Thai traditional music? I listen to many different kinds of World Music and find most Thai traditional very difficult to appreciate, especially if not accompanied by dance. Chinese Opera is pretty tough too

Music is very much down to personal taste so don't be surprised if a few of us like it

For me Death Metal is the death of music but I have friends who really enjoy and good luck to them

I'm disappointed to see the CEC morning breakfast will no longer be at The River Market.....no matter whose decision it was. I'm not a big buffet person and I did not attend every breakfast but this buffet was done right! They had a GREAT variety of food and the quality is always very good! Also, what a nice atmosphere right on the river! It's going to be tough to beat this venue. Let's see what they come up with! I know attendance can vary especially during this low season. Maybe the River Market would consider running their own Friday morning buffet....without CEC sponsorship. I know I'd still attend and I know a lot of other people would as well. I've taken numerous people to this and they always enjoy the breakfast at the River Market! People can vote with their feet and what they like the best.....the new CEC venue or The River Market!

As has been said before if River Market ended the deal then there is nothing to consult the members about as it was not the club's decision so nothing to get heated about

All that can happen in that case is that the club informs its members that River Market is no longer available

A friend of my wife's had pre-purchased a condo there - when she found out what they had planned re the shops she told the developer to do one and got her money back - I don't believe she was alone in that

We got my wife a 5 year tourist visa last time - cost more but saves time and money in not having to go down to Bangkok every year before our annual trip to the Uk

Extension has been done last month without me been present so I could not do re-rentry: i was there when i applied for the extension and get the 1 month waiting for approval then my staff collected the final 1 y extension.

All i now need is to do multiple re-entry stamp..

Only at Promenada, i cannot be done at the airport?

You can only use the Immigration office on the airport road to get a re-entry stamp (single or multiple) if you get it at the same time you get your extension at that office

If you are getting your extension at Promenada or you are getting your re-entry stamp on a different date than you got your extension then you have to get it at Promenada

You also, I believe, have the option to get the re-entry stamp at the actual airport before(?) passing through immigration on the day of an international flight (you need the boarding pass for the flight)
