    Where does it say the chap was "pissed up".....and just over two years ago a friend of mine 72 years of age was followed and shot four times and killed by a Thai man after a road rage incident....the "connected" thai turned himself in after extensive media coverage both here and in the UK and admitted his guilt.....he was sentenced to 4 years in prison reduced to two as he admitted it....99.9999% of Thais are friendly....yeah right.
