Holidays are limited item to many working people (30 days in the UK but usually only 14 days taken off at any one time) and need planning months beforehand booking suitable flights and hotels etc. to have the goalposts changed and restrictions put on what you can and cannot do once you arrive is suicidal....but do the authorities care?

As geordie says above...I used this chap (English living here in Pattaya) yesterday 350 baht and problem sorted (I had a similar issue) if in the event it does not work he will offer instant refund.
