7 11 sells khao soi? is it in can or bottle or where is it kept in the stores please....i miss my chiang rai khao soi...found a few in bkk but nothing in pattaya...wonder why as seems poplular with lot of thais and farangs and doesn't seem that hard to make though i have no clue what is in it or hard it may be to make a good pot of it...

not just a Thai thing...kids all over the world are often afraid of being the "nail that sticks up" as there are nearly always some other class clown bullly type kids looking to hammer them down....you can be called a teacher suck up butt licker or worse...usually the really stupid ones are the ones who do the finger pointing...the ones that ask the questions are the ones who are prone to learn and generally be more succesful as they grow...especially if they are curious and not afraid to ask a question to learn....

The Big condo near far end of soi 4 is very large condo with a mix of rooms that include a registered hotel operation with a front desk etc along with several on site property managers who control blocks of rooms that they lease out mostly all on monthly or longer basis though many of them also did daily rentals. There were also quite a few owner occupants who bought units there long ago and many still live there. I lived there long ago when it was a reasonably pleasant place but even then there were always lots of gals brought in as overnight or short term visitors to people renting there. Then over time the building did a lousy job of manitenance and pest control and cockroaches were rampant everywhere (the small four legged ones)....then more and more indians either bought or rented in the building and the number of people living /renting in some of the units greatly increased as did problems at the pool of people swimming in street clothes along with screaming kids running unchecked....there was never any serious security that i can recall. For whatever reason I never really saw much attempts to clean it all up and I moved out. This was 15+ or so years ago and from what i have seen and heard the building continues to go down hill. It is no surprise to me but it is sad especially for those who bought units in what was once , when new, a very nice condo building. I do remember once thinking of buying there but am very very happy that i did not.

all true but if said employee was the cashier at time several cards got somehow compromised it would seem to be something to take a look at said employee who was the one who actually took and processed that card number at his/her cashier station? as others have said i am not so sure that friendship or their employees did anything wrong at all ...somebody could have gotten that number weeks ago elsewhere and just now using it....lot of unknowns to the story so maybe not good idea to make accusations without more substantial evidence.

I suspect if chase or any big card company got more than a couple of complaints re a particular location that the store would very quickly get a contact from security asking about it....easy to "blame" someone but harder to prove that it was the store or an employee of theirs at fault...too many complaints and the store would get cut off from the card....i do not know but suspect that friendship can very quickly identify which cashier took the card at what time and determine if any pattern of problems?
