Visa for new Retirement visa
ubonjoe replied to Robin's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
You could apply for a non-o visa based upon marriage to the embassy in London on the e visa website. Link: https://thaievisa.go.th/ You could also enter visa exempt and apply for the non-o at immigration. Based upon marriage is here: https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/6.FOR-PROVIDING-SUPPORT-TO-OR-BEING-A-DEPENDANT-OF-A-THAI-CITIZEN-SPOUSE-VISA-NON-O.pdf -
90 days report online

I did not say your post was wrong. Just that you quoted me instead of the person that did the post. I understood that he had the flight out of the county and was replying to that. Apparently he wants to leave the country during the 90 days from the non-o visa.

You made a error when you did your quote. You have to go back to the original post when quoting.

Non-O extension (marriage) Ubon
ubonjoe replied to BlueScouse's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Best to apply at the office located at Rajabhat University in the city. They have more staff than the office in Sirindhorn. The will accept 4 photos of you and your in and around the house. One must show you and your wife together with the house number shown, a street view of the house and 2 photos inside the house (one sitting on the bed together is a good idea). -
A onward ticket is not required if you are entering on valid tourist visa issued by a embassy or consulate. The embassy or consulates are the only ones that that as for ticket out of Thailand, After the non-o visa is approved and stamped you can apply for a single re-entry permit that would keep the remainder of the 90 days stay you will get valid when entering the country.

I'm stuck in the e visa online application
ubonjoe replied to Kalasin Jo's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
That is an error on the the e visa site. Insurance is not required for a non-o visa based upon marriage to a Thai. I have suggested to others they upload a page stating it is not required for your visa application or such to get past that point in the application. -

You will need a Thailand pass. https://tp.consular.go.th/ And $10,000 of covid 19 insurance valid for 30 days. There is also info for buying insurance on the Thailand Pass. If not fully vaccinated you will need a RT-PCR test done within 72 hours before arrival. -

Plus there is no full page visa sticker put in your passport. Just a stamp stating you used the e visa. -
Non O Retirement Extension current requirements

Wife's house book registry and ID card is enough to prove your she owns the house you live in. Also copies signed by her. -
You cannot change your passports from one country without leaving and re-entering the country with the other passport. And then start all over by getting a new non-o visa and extension of stay with that passport. The passport change can only be done by air. At border a crossing you have to show the other country the same passport you departed Thailand with.
