  1. They should not be checking TM30 reports since it would be easy to mix up a report done by a hotel and etc with one that actually changed your registered address. The new rules issued in June of 2020 clearly states travel with the country does not require you do do a 90 report since you are on a extension of stay.
  2. No changes. If you stayed in a hotel that reported you they might think it is a new address. The new rules state travel within the country does not need to be reported but hotels still do them.
  3. That should be accepted if you have a one year bank statement (13 months) that they came from abroad or other proof they are foreign transfers. You may also need proof of the source of your income. For example a pension statement.
  4. I don't think a new work permit is needed for that as long as it is allowed job for non Thais.
  5. The immigration website refers to the non-f as being for government duties. See: https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/16.FOR-OFFICIAL-GOVERNMENT-DUTIES-NON-F.pdf If on a visa exempt or tourist visa entry you could apply at immigration. The embassy in Kuala Lumpur does show it. https://image.mfa.go.th/mfa/0/n3gTFT2TOE/Visa_Requirements/1.pdf The consulate in Savannakhet Laos also mentions it. https://savannakhet.thaiembassy.org/th/publicservice/104409-other-types-of-visa?page=5d84a44c15e39c26b400453e&menu=5d84a44c15e39c26b400453f You would have to contact the embassy in Phnom Penh about it. Info here: https://phnompenh.thaiembassy.org/en/content/contact-us
  6. When you applied for the non-o and it was issued the visa the gave you a new entry stamp with a 90 day stay on it. Try that date for your 90 day report.
  7. I have merged the 2 topics about the office moving.
  8. Some embassies and consulate will issue a multiple entry tourist visa for being the parent of Thai. Penang was doing them before covid 19 if you could show about 200k baht or its equivalent in a bank. Their website has no info about the requirements for a visa at this time. You could contact them about getting one. Phone: (604) 226-8029, 226-9484, 228-6784 Email: [email protected] You can extend each 90 day entry for 60 days at immigration to visit your son. Doing it that way would make easier to get the single entry non-o visa and you would only need 3 of them for total stay of more than one year,
  9. Not visa or extension related. Moved to the Insurance in Thailand forum.
  10. The 10k pounds is for a non-o visa for retirement and is a error on the e visa site. You will only need to show at least 20k baht or the equivalent in a bank account. Anything else that appears to be for retirement could be answered by uploading a page stating it only for retirement.
  11. If still working for the same employer you could use your income from working that is at least 40k baht to apply for the extension by showing tax payments and your tax return done this year. Check with immigration about anything else they may want. If working for the same employer it would not need to be canceled.
  12. I suggest you try it online first if you have had your stamps transferred to immigration. If the officer reviewing your report checks their records they could approve it. Even doing one in person may not help since the two systems do not have any linkage between them.
  13. You cannot change a non-b visa to a non-o visa without leaving the country. You can change the reason for your current extension to one based upon marriage to a Thai. You can get a work permit and work with a non-o visa or extension of stay based upon marriage. A multiple entry non-o visa would allows you unlimited 90 day entries for a year from the date of issue. Getting a 60 day extension to visit your wife would be give you more time to apply for a one year extension.
  14. Do you have any other photo ID that you show along with your passport? Normally the will accept any photo ID.
  15. That is correct but immigration might do it with the current 30 day entry from a visa on arrival. I think it is not included in the procedure is that it would not be possible to have the 15 day remaining needed to do the application.
  16. I don't recall ever using that list. Now about all you can do is click the link to download it.
  17. Penang and Savannakhet were doing the them before covid 19 with financial proof. I have seen no recent reports about them being done now. Savannakhet shows the non-o single entry here: https://savannakhet.thaiembassy.org/th/publicservice/non-immigrant-visa-o-visa-retirement-in-thailand?page=5d84a44c15e39c26b400453e&menu=5d84a44c15e39c26b400453f I think the may do the multiple entry non-o but do not show it on their website. Going on Penang's website is a waste of time other than getting their email address and phone number and a map.
  18. Not sure what visas Penang and what the requirements are. Before they had nothing about visas on their website. There is a list of visas now but when you click on a visa type it takes you to the home page. See: https://penang.thaiembassy.org/th/publicservice/114490-visa-requirements-ii It seems all you can do is call or email them. Email: [email protected] Phone: (604) 226-8029, 226-9484, 228-6784
  19. I don't recall ever being able to remove attachments after the ability to edit a post timed out.
  20. .That is the way system works. You have to do the edit within a few minutes of doing your post and that includes removing uploaded attachments. If it is important for you to have a file removed you and do a report and then a mod or admin could do it for you.
  21. You will have a problem applying for a non-ed visa at a nearby embassy since Yemen is on the list of countries that can only apply in their home country. See: https://vientiane.thaiembassy.org/สัญชาติพิเศษ-nationalities-with-additional-requirements-and-considerations/ The embassy in KL can be more flexible since they will ally them to apply but it takes 4 weeks to get approval. https://kualalumpur.thaiembassy.org/en/publicservice/99054-listed-visa-requirements-2?page=5d75510e15e39c1e600048dc&menu=5d75510e15e39c1e600048dd You may able to apply for the non-ed visa at immigration but may not have a enough time to do it. Yemen is on the list of visas on arrival and now get a 30 day stay from it now if you need more time.
  22. Did you notice he is only staying here about two weeks and then is out of the country for a month to 6 weeks. I cannot imagine making a problem for him since he spends more time out of the country than here.
  23. That notice was rescinded long ago. Did you notice the date on it.
