  1. That depends upon what basis you are applying for the non-o visa. For example retirement, marriage or the parent of aThai. A list of the non immigrant visa immigration will issue is here. https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?page_id=2537
  2. It has nothing to do with 90 day reporting. It is something that Jomtien immigration wants done to confirm you have kept the 800k baht in the bank for 3 months after the day you applied for the extension.
  3. I don't think you will have a problem entering the country since you will of been out of the country for some time. The reports I have seen of people being denied entry only left long enough to get a tourist visa or to return on a visa exempt entry. I do suggest you get a tourist visa while in VIetnam.
  4. The consulate in Ho Chi Minh City may be issuing them again but I have not seen any reports of anybody getting one yet. For Savannakhet you could fly to Nakhon Phanom and then get a taxi or other transport to Mukdahan. Or fly to here in Ubon and get a van to there.
  5. You will need to complete blank affidavit stating your address on it and sign it in front of consular officer. See: https://th.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/90/blank-affidavit-bangkok-january-2019.pdf The fee will be $50 or you can pay in baht. You will need to make a appointment to do it. See: https://th.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/acsappointment/
  6. You will need your child's birth certificate and a copy of their house book registry. You may need a Kor Ror 11 to prove your are the legal father of your child. You will not need financial proof to apply for a 60 day extension.
  7. If you have a valid existing OA visa you will need the $100,000 insurance coverage that includes covid 19 when entering the country. The requirements were changed in October of last year. That is requirement to apply for a Thailand Pass. You will not need a separate insurance for it since the required insurance for a OA visa includes it. You will have to show proof of that insurance when you apply for your Thailand Pass.
  8. The under consideration stamp allows you to stay in the country until your extension is approved. I suspect a hotel will not even pay attention to the date on the stamp.
  9. Those are the requirements for a Special Tourist Visa" STV. A single entry tourist visa does not require proof of medical or covid 19 insurance.
  10. Some DLT drivers license office will give you a form to be signed by immigration. Not sure any embassy would sign it. The tourist police here in Ubon will sign it.
  11. Yes but you need at least 15 days remaining on the extension.
  12. Their date of birth would be shown their passport photo page when it is uploaded. You could upload a file stating they that they are not required the certificate due to their age instead of a certificate.
  13. This this from the FAQ's for a Thailand pass. Source: https://consular.mfa.go.th/th/content/thailand-pass-faqs-2
  14. Your wife will need to be with you. You will only need your marriage corticate and copy of it. Copies of your wife's ID card and house book registry. The might also want a recent printout of your Kor Ror marriage registry. Plus copies of your passport photo page and etc. And TM6 departure card.
  15. To visit your wife is how it is stated in the immigration order that allows them. It really means nothing when you apply for one.
  16. There is no 15 day requirement to apply for a extension. It can be done up to the last day.
  17. Moved to the UK and Europe Forum of the Home Country forum.
  18. You would get more than 60 days since it would start on August 7th when your 90 days ends.
  19. You would have to apply for the 60 day extension and a re-entry permit before you leave the country.
  20. You could apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife and then a re-entry permit that would be valid until the 60 day extension ends in October since it will start on August 7th. The under consideration period for you application will be for 30 days and if I recall correctly CM immigration starts the 30 days from the end of your current permit to stay date.
  21. What day does your 90 day stay from the non-o visa end? You can only apply for the extension 30 day early or 45 days at some offices. If you are making a short trip out of the country you could get a re-entry permit to keep the remainder of the 90 days valid when you enter the country.
  22. Yes it could be asked for but it would very unlikely they would ask for it.
  23. Immigration orders and etc are still done by or approved the interior ministry.
  24. I assume you mean the Asean Now newsletter. There was a ongoing problem with the email server for the newsletters and they have been working on it for the past few days, It should be back to normal today.
