  1. "Following the extension of the State of Emergency in Thailand to July 31 the 60-day “Covid” visa extension application date has been extended by an additional two months. The deadline was originally scheduled on May 24, but Thai Immigration discreetly updated the date to July 25. (as they have continued to do in the past)." 2. If you have done 90 day reports to the same office you should be able to do one online. The first 90 day report means you have never done one before.
  3. They could apply for a 60 day covid 19 extension at immigration on or before the 24th when the current order for them ends.
  4. If you do not have a re-entry permit you do not have to wait until your extension is nearly expired. Your extension ends on the day your leave the country.
  5. I assume you do not have a valid OA visa issued by a embassy or consulate. I am thinking you have a extension of stay based upon retirement issued by immigration for the one year entry you got from a OA visa. If a extension of stay it ends on the day your leave the country. You could leave the country at any time now to get a non-o visa.
  6. That depends upon the country your are from. Proof on income from a embassy will be accepted if they issue them.
  7. I assume do not have a valid re-entry permit. If you do have one you need to leave the country shortly before it expires and enter the country on or after the day it expires.
  8. In the past the would accept about any proof of income that is 65k baht or more. The would also proof of 800k baht in a bank. The insurance requirement for a non-o visa requirement was created for embassies and official consulates in you home country when they first opened the country for those who are retired in 2020.
  9. You could enter visa exempt or with a tourist visa and apply for a non-o visa at immigration. Or you could also apply for a non-o visa at e embassy or consulate. If married to a Thai you could apply for a extension of stay based upon marriage that does not require the insurance. Phuket doses not do a change to a non-o visa from a OA. They waive the insurance for those that got their non-oa visa several year ago.
  10. If you open the the file I posted a link to before you will see this. It seems to fairly clear to me. Source: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/714089/Legalisation_info_June_2018.pdf
  11. It may not work for you first report after applying for your first extension since they would not have a record of you doing a 90 day report before. You could of course try doing it online.
  12. Yes you are wrong. It is possible to get covid 19 insurance up to then age of 99. One for you is this one that offers it up to the age of 85. https://tqm-app.com/static/thailandpass/detail-ta-fwdgi.html This one is 99. https://www.tipinsure.com/CovidRegional/product_detail
  13. That button leads to the old online online reporting site that has been shutdown. A link for the new site has been posted already.
  14. You will be getting a 30 day visa exempt entry not a 15 day visa on arrival after paying 2000 baht fee for it. The airline you are using for the trip to here can ask to see a ticket out of the country within 30 days to board you flight. It can be a one way flight to anywhere. People have used a low cost flight to a nearby country. Also do a search for onward flight and you will find sites offering a temporary onward flight for around $12.
  15. Only a visa application costs 2000 5000 baht. Extensions are still 1900 baht. You need the minimum of 15 days remaining on your extension to allow time for the visa to be approved by the immigration division headquarters that the office you apply at is under, The 90 days for the non-o visa application normally starts from the day you apply for it.
  16. Requirements for the non-o visa is here. https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/9.FOR-RETIREMENT-PURPOSES-50-YEARS-OLD-NON-O.pdf The fee is 2000 baht not 1900 baht. You could apply for the 30 day extension and the non-o visa during the same trip to immigration.
  17. You could start the process by mail for the UK legalization. Not sure how long it will take to get done. For the embassy can do it by mail or in person. Have you read the info I posted for the UK legalization yet. It is started online and is done by mail.
  18. The same form and etc used be used to apply for the covid 19 extension. You can put 60 days and the reason for the extension. You will need to complete this affidavit. 60 Day Covid 19 Extension Affidavit.pdf229.8 kB · 1153 downloads
  19. You can apply for a new Thailand Pass but you will probably need to use different email address.
  20. The Amphoe will accept the affidavit that the embassy does. Proving your income can be separate from affidavit. Even some money in a bank might be accepted by a Amphoe. The proof would have to be translated to Thai. Not sure all Amphoes ask for proof of income.
  21. Since you are still the UK getting the your marriage certificate should not be that hard to do. It can mostly be done by mail. It is possible to final step at the Thai embassy by mai if you wife talks to them about it. Info for the legalization is here in Thai. https://london.thaiembassy.org/th/page/82035-นิติกรณ์?menu=5d6636ce15e39c3bd000730d
  22. I don't think an agent could arrange for a Kor Ror 22 foreign marriage registry that is required to apply for a extension based upon marriage.
  23. You have to pay in Thai baht. You have to make an appointment and the requirements for visas are on the same site. https://thaivisavientiane.com/#
