You will need to transfer the equivalent of 65k baht into a Thai bank from the UK for 12 months when you use the income option to apply for a extension of stay. You will also have to meet the requirements for 800k baht in the bank after you applied for your current extension and then 400k baht until you apply for the extension using the income option, -
By which Consulate is the eVisa processed?
ubonjoe replied to JoseThailand's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
It will be processed by the Thai embassy or a official consulate in your home country or a country you have legal residence in. Some embassies cover more than one country. Not all embassies or official consulates use the e visa system. -

Extending 30-day visa exempt to 60 days
ubonjoe replied to cyril sneer's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I think you are thinking of applying for a long stay extension. It is not the same when applying for a 30 day extension of stay. About 2 weeks is the most that many office will accept a application for one. -
marriage visa after leaving thailand
ubonjoe replied to Lolothai's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
You could apply for a non-o visa after entering visa exempt at immigration. Requirements are here: https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/6.FOR-PROVIDING-SUPPORT-TO-OR-BEING-A-DEPENDANT-OF-A-THAI-CITIZEN-SPOUSE-VISA-NON-O.pdf You will need 400k baht in Thai bank in your name only on the day you apply. Then during the last 30 day of the 90 day stay the visa allows you can then apply for the one year extension of stay based upon marriage. You can get a work permit and work with a non-o visa or the one year extension based upon marriage. The advantage of doing that is that your permit to stay does not end on the day you job end were on a extension based upon working. Another option is to apply for a non-o visa before leaving France on the e visa site here https://thaievisa.go.th/Home/ . It done entirely online and you are issued a sticker less visa by email. -

There is no rule that states that. Thailand and Australia both allow having dual nationalities. -
Passport for child.....Thai born but Australia citizen
ubonjoe replied to Kenny202's topic in Family and Children
Moved to here. My suggestions is for him to have both passports. Use the Australia passport to enter there and the Thai passport for here. It is not a problem for him to have both passport. -
