Passport - Validity When Entering
ubonjoe replied to glegolo18's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
It has been some time since I checked that site for the info. Maybe they have changed it. I personally have entered with a passport that was only valid for about 5 months with a return ticket 3 weeks after the day I arrived. -

I don't see a departure date on what you posted. It states your passport must be valid to October 4th. -
Education visa-children
ubonjoe replied to neytil's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
It would be a non-o visa based upon being the parent of a child attending school. At the top of the the page I posted the link to it states this. "Visa and Thailand Pass for Non-Thai nationals who are students of educational establishments in Thailand approved by Thai authorities, including their parents or guardians." -

Were you entering a stay of longer than 6 months? I check it with a stay less than 6 months in it accepts a passport with less than 6 months of validity. Your stay cannot be longer than the passport validity you enter. -

I missed it it seems but it is wrong unless you are from certain countries. Check here for passports from a few countries for a flight to Thailand with less than 6 months of validity. https://skyteam.traveldoc.aero/ -

You were probably trying to use the email and password for the mobile online reporting app. They are not the same passwords. -

Thailand is not on any of the lists on that site. -

That was more for entering Laos than entering Thailand. Laos does require 6 months of passport validity like about all ASEAN countries do. Thailand does not have a 6 month rule for those from most countries. -
Unless you are staying in Nonthaburi province you cannot apply at that immigration office. If living staying in Bangkok the MTT office is the only one you can use.

It should of been written as Nong Khai/Udon Thani. Some of the SHAextra+ hotels are located in Udon Thani.

It does not matter if you have a visa or not. Your passport only has to be valid for the length of stay you will get when entering the country. If longer than your passport validity your permit to stay will only be stamped to the day your passport expires. A few countries must have a passport with at least 6 months of validity to enter the country. -

now you have visa and now you don't ?

You posted the same topic earlier. This one -
The problem is entering Laos at this time. They require you to be a member of a tour group to enter the country. On return you have to have a Thailand Pass and be fully vaccinated and get a negative covid 19 test after entering the country and staying at a SHAextra+ hotel for one night.

A immigration office can correct a stamping error done by a immigration officer at the airport. He will need to show his stickerless e visa to them to get it corrected There will be no fee or fine to get it fixed. He should of checked his stamps before the leaving the arrival immigration area to confirm it was correct.- 9 replies

The last line means it would not be a local officer doing the approval. "higher than inspector is of the opinion that the alien has legitimate reason for staying in the Kingdom of Thailand, the application shall be forwarded to the Commander of the Royal Thai Police or an authorized competent officer for further consideration of the alien's application." In my opinion it is a officer signing off on the extension application that has unverified copies of a bank book attached to it making it appear the money was in the bank for the required amount of time.

Not sure where the line specifically mentioning retirement extension came from. This from immigration order 327/2557 for extension of stay.

There is no linkage of TM30 reporting and 90 day reports. The first 90 day report needs to be done in person since immigration would not have a record of you doing one before.
