  1. If the application for the elite visa was approved and a person had proof of that when entering the country that would eliminate the chance of being denied entry.
  2. You need enter the reference for the report you did on the new site here? Entering your passport number will only show old reports. Look at the emails you get to before that has the TM47 and the notification of acceptance to get reference number if not shown on the new site when you enter your passport number.
  3. If you do not get a new passport your extension of stay (it is not a visa) will only be issued to the day your passport expires. After getting a new passport you could wait and apply for the extension and stamp transfer at the same time. But in my opinion it would best do the stamp transfer first if it is going to a considerable period of time before you apply for the extension.
  4. Have you applied for a 60 day extension to visit you wife since your last entry to the country with a visa? If no you can apply for one. You will not be able to get a covid 19 extension. The 400k baht will need to be in the bank for 2 months on the day you apply for the one year extension of stay based upon marriage. You need to transfer the 400k baht before the 19th when the 60 day extension will start. You cannot apply for another non-o visa within the country. It can only be applied for if you entered on a tourist visa or visa exempt. If you left and entered the country visa exempt you could apply for a non-o visa since the 400k baht only needs to be in the bank on the day you apply.
  5. I think the 3 days includes the day of application. For example apply on Monday and pickup wednesday afternoon.
  6. There is no short stay extension he can apply for. If his employer agreed to allow him to keep his extension valid for a short period of time he could stay that way. That would also mean delaying his work permit cancelation.
  7. If you look at your notification receipt it will show the report was done in Khon Kaen (top left line in Thai probably)
  8. That is a scam email. Report it as spam. There have been other topics about it and the Thailand Pass website has popup message about them.
  9. They are assuming the order for the 60 day covid 19 extensions will not be extended again when they say that.
  10. Maybe a Non-OA visa would be an option for you. It is valid for year from the day it issued and allows unlimited one year entries for that year and you can get a 2nd year out of it by doing a entry shortly before it expires and then a multiple re-entry permit to keep the last entry from it valid. You can use funds in a UK bank to apply for it. Info is here on the London embassy website at the bottom of this page. https://london.thaiembassy.org/en/publicservice/84508-non-immigrant-visas?page=5d6636cd15e39c3bd00072dd&menu=5f4b6eb3f6ae4b236972c562
  11. That law firm is a agent for Thailand Elite. The official website for Thai Elite is this one. www.thailandelite.com/#/
  12. It only shows reports done on that site after entering your passport number. After doing a report on it now shows my report done last month on the site. You still find your reports on the old site using your passport number and the ones you have done on the new site by entering the reference number. Go to this page and select check status (VPN off only) https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do?cmd=acceptTerm It will also give more info than the new site does when entering the reference number for a pending or denied report.
  13. No It certainly cannot be done at any airport.
  14. Many embassies and official consulates are asking to a ticket out of the country for tourist visa applications now. It is certainly required to apply on the e visa site.
  15. You can use a one way ticket to anywhere within 30 days of arrival to show the airline or search online for a temporary onward ticket to show them.
  16. Not visa or extension related. Moved to the Covid 19 forum.
  17. The district office does not send the affirmation of permit to marry to any embassy. You have to do it in person at the embassy and then have it translated to Thai. After that it has to be certified by the Department of Consular Affairs of the MFA in Bangkok. 18. You have to register on the new website and you will get a email with a passwords to go on the site. Not sure what site you were on site that welcoming you.
  19. The one stop center is only for those working at BOI companies and etc. You can do the online report up to 15 days early to the report date. You will put the day your extension of stay ends in "Stay Visa Expires).
