  1. Have you read my earlier post. It expiring means nothing after she is in the country. After entering she can get a new passport and it takes at most a week to get after doing the application or within 24 hours at certain passport offices.
  2. That has not been required since June of 2020 when immigration issued a regulation changing the requirements for the the TM30 report. It is no longer needed for travel within the country. It is only required if you change your address or enter the country with a new visa.
  3. In most cases you only need to complete a form. If not they will do AKA rapid test so you can enter. Did you get stamped in as a person with permanent residency? If you left the country after March of 2020 your immigrant visa and re-entry permit is still valid.
  4. It is not possible to get a Thai passport my mail. The photo for is done digitally meaning a person has to be present.
  5. At this time it is not possible to enter with a expired Thai passport due to the requirements for entry due to covid 19 such as the Thailand Pass. She get a emergency travel document to enter Thailand from the Thai embassy in DC or one of the 3 official consulates. Info is here in Thai. https://thaiembdc.org/th/passport/ Edit: Just found and read the page for a emergency travel document. They are doing them by mail now. See: https://thaiembdc.org/th/passport/emergencytravel/
  6. You can only apply for one 60 day extension to visit your wife per entry to the country.
  7. You can make an appointment here: https://www.immigration.go.th/?page_id=20131
  8. That is the best option. The OA visa requires 3 million baht of insurance coverage now plus all of the other requirements that are not needed for the non-o visa.
  9. At most offices only your daughter will need be there since you are not married to her mother.
  10. I was checking since there are a few unofficial websites that have the old form on them.
  11. You can apply for a extension of stay on the last day. The 15 days before is only non immigrant visa applications donne at immigration. 2. Only a copy of your passport photo page, visa. entry stamp and current extension stamp. 3, 4, and 5 And 8 but that could probably be a TM30 report receipt.
  12. I think the UK and Europe forum is the best place for this topic. Moved
  13. I am sure Pattaya immigration accept them competed with black ink but they might want it signed in blue ink. Where did you download the TM8 form from?
  14. I think you got a person on the hotline that did not know what they were talking about or did not understand your question. If you told them it was a visa that might be the problem. They can only change the reason for a extension of stay. Go to immigration and ask them.
  15. No The Kor Ror 2 is form that is 2 pages long. It has this at the top of it. It has the form number on the right side. A print out of it can be requested at any Amphoe or Khet (Bangkok).
  16. Best not to leave it to the last day in case they want something you don't have. The will not do the 7 days unless it is after you have already paid the 1900 baht fee.
  17. They may want a statement if your bank book does not show any updates for 2 months or so. A 6 month bank statement would be more than enough.
  18. I am am certain you will get the 60 day covid 19 extension. The 7 days to leave the country is from the day you current permit to stay ends.
  19. If you have applied for 60 day covid extensions your extension based upon working was certainly canceled before you got the first one. You apparently have time to apply for a extension of stay based upon marriage. The application is accepted on the day you apply and you will then get a under consideration stamp with a report back date 30 days later. For 60 day extension to visit your wife she will have to be with you when you apply and all the marriage related documents that is on my list and you wife's house book registry and ID card.
  20. Was that to apply for a visa or entry to the country. The 6 months requirement is not correct for those from many countries. The actual rule is valid for your length of stay in the country.
