  1. They will allow you do your extension application up to 30 days early. You should be able to it next week if you want to. You have a 7 day window to do your 90 day report in person after the report date. You will have until the 25th to do the report.
  2. Did you login on the online report site and click this button. You only need your passport number to get the info.
  3. They have updated the Thailand Pass site. https://tp.consular.go.th/ It now has this on it. Purchase Now takes you to this site. https://tqm-app.com/static/thailandpass/index.html The TGIA site still has covid 19 insurance on it as well. https://covid19.tgia.org/
  4. If you entered the country with a non-b visa you will not be able to apply for a 60 day covid 19 extension. There is no 7 day extension you can apply for. You can only get 7 days to leave the country after you apply for a extension and it is denied. You can apply for a 60 day extension to visit your Thai wife or child on the day your extension of stay based upon working is canceled. Then you could apply for a extension of stay based upon marriage to a Thai. My general list of requirements are here. Marriage Extension Requirements 2.pdf
  5. Do your 90 day report online. New site works good. See: https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/login It took Ubon immigration about 7 hours to approve my report earlier this month. No need to need to deal with submitting a new TM30 report with your 90 day report at CR immigration and another one at Ubon immigration.
  6. That means that a copy of her ID card has been signed and dated by her. Same if a house book registry copy is needed.
  7. Are you from one of the 18 countries that can apply for a 15 day visa on arrival after paying the 2000 baht fee for it? I suspect you are writing about a 30 day visa exempt entry.
  8. Your wife can apply for a one year extension of stay for being a Thai national. See number 23 here. https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?page_id=1890 She could then sort out things to get her new Thai passport. Or she could get a emergency travel document from the Thai embassy in Canberra or the official consulate in Sydney if she has time to do it. Info here in Thai. https://canberra.thaiembassy.org/thailand-passport-type/
  9. I suggest you get the booster. I am aware of a Thai that got infected with covid 19 after the getting the same covid vaccine combination you did and was not due for the booster yet. It must of been omnicron since they were able to do the isolation at home since it was just a sore throat and fever. I was in close contact with them and did not get it after getting 2 Pfizer shots and not due a booster yet.
  10. A assume you have a extension of stay (it is not a visa) based upon marriage to a Thai. You should be able to apply for a new extension before you leave the country. Where will you be applying for the extension at? How long is your trip out of the country going to be?
  11. If they notice the small change the would accept it since is is not really a change of your residence.
  12. Have you tried doing a report on the new site? Much better since there is no pre approval after completing page one on the old site. Everything is on one page after logging in.
  13. He has stated he has the funds to transfer to a bank here. The high cost for the agent you mentioned is when they supply the 800k baht financial proof.
  14. It means he is not going to drink any beer whisky and etc. He was their designated driver.
  15. 1. Ask the owner shown in the blue house book to write a statement that you are staying with them. You will need of their house book and ID card signed by them. 2. Does the owner of the house have a bank account? If yes they may be able to act as a reference at the same bank for you to open a bank account and use their address to open it the account.
  16. The immigration order states 2 months as it states. Not sure why they put 60 days in parenthesis on that unofficial document.
  17. If the only change adding the x to the number similar to this 111/x it should not be a problem to do a 90 day report since that is a very minor change. Are you doing your 90 day report in person or online?
  18. Will you be entering Thailand and then going to the Philippines after doing the test and etc here? For transiting or entering Thailand you will need the $50 US covid 19 insurance. Sorry I can be of no help for the Philippines. Check this forum for info. Philippines
  19. If you have over $10,000 in Thai bank accounts you need to do a FBAR form online. Info for FBAR is here: https://bsaefiling.fincen.treas.gov/main.html Also topic here that may have some info. https://aseannow.com/topic/1213903-usa-topic-fbar-filing-deadline-is-april-15-but-there-is-an-automatic-extension-until-october-15-or-is-there/ No reporting needed for your assets here other than FBAR.
  20. Did you get a 1020 access denied error? A VPN will work now.
  21. Using the info you posted the answer is no. If you changed to a non-o visa at immigration from a tourist visa or visa exempt then the answer is maybe yes.
  22. I agree to a point but not you calling it a lame reason since I consider it a little rude.
  23. You will confirm it as your fixed residence when you apply for a extension of stay at immigration. Ask the landlord for the receipt when the TM30 form is submitted to show immigration. If they do it online ask for a screenshot of it. After setting your fixed residence the reports done by a hotel and etc will not change it.
