Can I get covid extension?
ubonjoe replied to Druidian's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
What type of visa did you use to enter the country? If it was a non-b visa you will not be able to apply for another 60 day covid 19 extension. -
covid Visa extension Denied
ubonjoe replied to freesudani's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
He did not get a official denial of his extension. He was only told they would not do one. If a application was accepted and then denied after paying the 1900 baht fee a 7 days to leave the country stamp would be done and that that would be in their records. -

The only thing in their records are entries and extensions of stay. A officer saying they cannot apply at a office will not be in their records. -
It varies between the offices processing the report. Some do it the same day if done early and others up to 5 days.

ubonjoe replied to Hami's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
For a visa exempt entry you will use a TM87 form to apply for non-o visa. The TM86 is to change of visa status when the entry was done with a tourist visa. The is the requirments for a non-o visa application for retirment. https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/8-1.pdf -
If you submitted your online 90 day report before your current due date for one they should still process even if they are slow on doing it after submitting it. The rules state you do the report up to your due date.

30 day exempt to Non-Imm 'O' retirement?
ubonjoe replied to Hami's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
In your case you would be applying for a non-o visa that allows a 90 day stay from the day it is issued. To apply for the non-o visa application the 800k baht only has to be in the bank on the day you apply. The when you apply for the one year extension of stay based upon retirement the 800k baht will need to be in the bank for 2 months. -

Yes immigration will not accept the monthly transfer for the non-o visa application but they will accept it when applying for the one year extension. -

ubonjoe replied to Don Chance's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
The under consideration period is a standard procedure for extension based upon marriage. They have to be approved at the division level of immitarion. Some office have gotten permission from the division level to approve the 60 day covid 19 extensions without a need for their approval for each application. -
