  1. According to my date calculator your 60 days ends on the February 27th. Not sure how you got a 60 day extension unless you given a covid 19 extension at immigration unless you left and re-entered the country. The standard extension for a tourist visa entry is 30 days.
  2. There is new site. https://www.immigration.go.th/?page_id=20131 The old one was taken down in June of last year.
  3. I don't think they would want a minor to sign them. It it would depend upon their age (15 or 18 for Thais).
  4. Did you download it from Google Play? Curious since the security warning shows this.
  5. Changes to the entry requirements do not have to posted in the Royal Gazette. They fall under the emergency decree that has already been approved and extended a few times that gives them the authority to do the changes.
  6. You could enter visa extemp to get a 30 day entry that can be expended for 30 days at immigration. You might asked for a ticket out of the country by the airline to board you flight to here (one way ticket to anywhere or a onward flight from a site offering them for about $12)). Or you apply for a single entry tourist visa that will allow a 60 day stay. You would apply for it at the Thai embassy in Canberra or the official consulate in Sydney.
  7. I am a bit of a sceptic about that site. I would prefer to see something form the Ministry of Foreign Affairs clearly stating what is needed since the Thai Pass Site is their responsibility.
  8. He was not applying for a extension of stay. He was applying for a non-o visa at immigration to get a 90 days stay and then the one year extension.
  9. I am not certain what it will be yet. They still need to put out something that makes it clearer. I don't think we will know with any certainty until they update the Thailand Pass site and that has not been done yet. It still shows this for test and go.
  10. That was put in the requirements to prevent people from other provinces applying for a non-o visa in Bangkok. If you are a new arrival and have a Bangkok address it will not be asked for.
  11. I think I would add rouge office to your post. I am only aware of one or 2 that want it done on the same day.
  12. 1. You do not need a proof of vaccination to enter the building or for any thing else at immigration. You will just need to complete a screening form to enter. 2. Appointments are not mandatory but it will save you some time your have one. Site here: https://www.immigration.go.th/?page_id=20131 3. They have blank TM7 forms at CW. Besure you have a 4 X 6 cm photo for it. You can download it from the pinned topic titled immigration templates. 4. Not needed. 5. They want a TM30 form or the receipt for one. 6. Not needed.
  13. You will need a recent printout of your Kor Ror 2 marriage registry that can be requested at any Amphoe for a small fee (20 baht). Your wife can request it and it will only require her ID card. You only need one original marriage certificate. Be sure you keep a good 2 sided copy of it so that if it is lost you can get a certified copy of it at a Amphoe if lost.
  14. Those that have a appointment are treated differently than those that do not have one. Not sure how exactly it is working now with new appointment system since their have not been enough reports about i.
  15. A TM30 report from a hotel no longer requires a new TM30 report at your local office. Immigration issued a regulation in June of 2020 that they are longer needed unless you change your address or enter with a new visa. The TN28 form needed if staying in a different province for more than 24 hours was eliminated in February of 2020.
  16. In a way that has been a requirement all along and is nothing new but they did not require it when applying for a COE and now the Thailand Pass.
  17. It can be done up to 7 days late that includes the report date when they count them without being fined. Just an officer grumbling about doing them after the report date.
  18. I mean some official order or such. I don't think the change has to be published in the Royal Gazette. When it is on the the Thailand Pass website it will really be official and it is not on there yet.
  19. Many people have entered with only 30 days of insurance. Immigration is not the one that will ask for it. The TGIA insurance site is only offering 30 days of insurance. https://www.tipinsure.com/CovidRegional/product_detail
  20. None that I have seen mentioned in any news articles. I have seen no official reliable info about it yet.
  21. You would get a non-r (religion) visa to study Buddhism and then a extension of stay for the same reason. For a non-r visa application the requirements are here. https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/12-1.pdf For the extension see number 13 here. https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?p=14714
  22. Yes You will apply for a non-o visa that will allow a 90 day stay not a extension. You must have at least 15 days remaining on your 30 day visa exempt entry or the 30 day extension of it when you apply for the non-o visa. Then you would then apply for a one year extension of stay (it is not a visa) based upon retirement during the last 30 days or when you have the 800k baht in the bank for 2 months. No and No.
  23. You will have to apply for a Thailand Pass to enter the country. See: https://tp.consular.go.th/ Most of the requirements are shown on the site.
