  1. If you get credit advises to prove your transfers came from abroad immigration will accept them.
  2. What visa do you have that allows a 3 month stay? If you have a valid visa a return or onward ticket is not required.
  3. There will not be much difference between a COE application and the Thailand Pass thing. I am certain their will no difference for the insurance requirements that you clearly meet with the insurance you have now.
  4. You can only apply for a non-o visa for retirement and then get a 90 day permit to stay at immigration. And for that they will not accept transfers into into a Thai bank to prove the income part of the total of 800k baht. Then near the end of those 90 days you can apply for a one year extension of stay (it is not a visa) based upon retirement. If you cannot get proof of income the only way to apply for a extension is to show proof of income transferred into a Thai bank from abroad and proof of money in the bank for 2 months to reach a total of 800k baht. If you have only been here for a short period of time immigration will accept 2 or 3 months of transfers from abroad to do the first extension.
  5. I have never heard of anybody having to go back to immigration after submitting their application to do a interview. Maybe yours was a one time case after they decided not to do home visit.
  6. From what I have seen and read you will have to stay one night in a SHA+ hotel while waiting for your negative covid 19 PCR test.
  7. If you do not meet the requirements for the year after you apply for a extension based upon retirement you application for a new one will not be accepted and you might get 7 days to leave the country after paying 1900 baht for a extension.
  8. 1. When applying for a extension of stay based upon marriage you wife must be with you. 2. When your extension application is accepted you will get a under consideration stamp with a report back date on it 30 days later. 3, There is really no interview you just submit your TM7 form(s) and all the required documents. Your wife will possibley have to answer a few questions to complete the statement you both will sign. You seem to be asking about a home visit that may need a witness if immigration does one after the first extension of stay is done. Most offices only do one home visit after doing the first application.
  9. There is not seasoning requirement to apply for the non-o visa at immigration. it only has to be in a Thai bank on the day you apply. If the 30 days is not enough time you can apply for a 30 day extension to meet the minimum of 15 days remaining on your permit to stay requirement when you apply for the visa. When you apply for the one year extension for 2 months on the day you apply.
  10. The immigration order for extensions of stay state you need to keep the 800k baht in the bank for 3 months after the day you apply for your extension and then 400k baht until you top up your account to 800k baht 2 months before you apply for your next extension. Those requirements started in March of 2019.
  11. At this time that is not possible unless you apply for a visa at a Cambodian embassy or consulate and do a quarantine when entering.
  12. In my opinion after reading most of the info is that the sandboxes will only be for those that are from country that does not qualify for a no quarantine entry that is really a one night quarantine until you get get the results for a covid 19 test.
  13. There is no written rule for the minimum amount you have to have in the bank other than what is needed to reach 800k baht in combination with your annual income to apply for the extension. Some offices only want what is needed to reach 800k baht and others say 400k baht that written in the rules for when you keep 800k baht in the bank for the extension. The link you posted is fto apply for a non-o visa and it only states that they accept proof of income from you embassy. Can you get such proof?
  14. There is no clear info about the Thailand Pass or anything else related to it. Maybe we will get more info this week.
  15. That is very outdated info on that website for visa exempt entries. That rule went away in 2008 when visa exempt were changed to 15 days at land border crossings. But the 15 day rule went away about 5 years ago. You can extend a 30 day visa exempt entry for 30 days. You can apply for a non-o visa at immigration with a visa exempt entry at any immigration office. Requirements are here. https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/8-1.pdf Then you can apply for a extension of stay based upon retirement during the last 30 days of the 90 day permit to stay the non-o visa application allows you. You will need 800k baht in a Thai for 2 months or proof of 65k baht income.
  16. You need to ask them about the the METV. Most embassies have not been issuing them.
  17. Out of date info on a unofficial website set up by a law firm. It has been extended to September of 2022.
  18. The embassy in Warsaw does not appear to be using the e visa website. It is not mentioned on their website.
  19. The STV would be a good option since it allows a total stay of 270 days without with having to leave the country. I looked on the Thai embassy in Warsaw but could not find the requirements for the STV. I suggest you contact them about your visa. 20. If you are only transiting through country without entering it will not affect your trip to from a safe country.
  21. After registering your marriage you can apply for non-o visa that will give you 90 day permit to stay. List of required documents is here. https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/6.pdf The 400k baht will only need to be in the bank on the day you apply. Then you can apply for a one year extension of stay based upon marriage. The 400k baht will need to be in the bank for 2 months on the day your apply. My general list of documents is here. Marriage Extension Requirements 2.pdf
  22. It is a non-o visa based upon qualifying for it due to being 50 or over for retirement. To stay one year after the 90 days you have to apply for a one year extension of stay based upon retirement that requires the 800k baht in a Thai bank or proof of 65k baht income. To apply for the non-o visa at immigration you need 800k baht in the bank on the day you apply or proof of 65, baht income. Requirements for it is here. https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/8-1.pdf
  23. The ThaiVisa app has not been working for about 3 years now. No sure why it still appears on Google Play or the App Store.
  24. I assume you have also gotten the affidavit translated to Thai and certified by the Department of Consular Affairs of the MFA in Bangkok. Some Amphoes want your passport to be certified by the embassy and translated to Thai to register your marriage. Best to have your fiancée to check with the one in Chonburi about their requirements. 1. Yes 2. You can do the non-o visa application at any time up to the last 15 days of your current extension. 3. The 90 day permit to stay from the non-o visa will start from the day you apply for it after it is approved. The 15 days early requirement to to allow time for it to be approved within those 15 days.
  25. What he meant by qualify is in reference to the country you are from. Only certain countries citizens qualify for a visa exempt entry. As a US citizen you do qualify for a 30 day visa exempt entry.
