  1. There not be a problem since the is no written rule limiting the total stay on a tourist visa.
  2. You can apply for a single entry non-o visa in Vientiane or Savannakhet Laos with only your Thai child's birth certificate that show you as the father. To apply at immigration you would need to have your parenthood legalized unless you are married to your child's mother.
  3. You can get a new 60 day entry just before the visa expires and then extend it for 30 days without a problem.
  4. Pedang Baser would be a good one. I think it is about the same distance as the one in Satun.
  5. A signed copy of the house book would be enough. No need for the original house book. Also a signed copy of their ID card. You will also need a copy of the lease or rental agreement.
  6. You can change the reason for your extension of stay (it is not a visa) from attending a school to retirement. You will need a letter from the school stating the last day you will be attending classes to cancel the extension. The 800k baht will need to be in the bank for 2 months on the day you apply for the new extension.
  7. Most hotel do the report of staying at a residence online. They do not file a TM30 form. Tell them you want a screenshot of the online report they did to report your arrival.
  8. I would not suggest doing that. Immigration will still want one if you entered the country prior to July 1st.
  9. You do are crossing to Malaysia from Krabi. There is crossings from Satun and Songkhla.
  10. If you want to cancel the registration I think it will require contacting immigration about it. You could login with the existing password and etc to do a report.
  11. You can only get one 60 day extension for each entry to the country. You can apply for a new non-o visa at a nearby embassy or consulate.
  12. There is no 90 day extension that you can apply for. You could apply for a 60 day extension to visit your child.
  13. I see no reason for you not being able to get another non-ed visa since the last one was done many years ago.
  14. I forgot to mention getting a 60 day extension to visit you wife that another member posted about. You could get the 60 day extension if you have not applied for one since your last entry with a new visa.
  15. He would not need to start over again if he got a extension to visit his wife since it would still be a extension of his non-o visa entry the he has been extending.
  16. Apparently the office where he does his application is one of many that starts the under consideration period from the end of his current extension. Applying earlier would not change the report back date.
  17. It is not possible to have the date that your extension ends unless you start all over again by getting a new non-o visa and extending the entry from it.
  18. You would not need a endorsement before leaving the country. That is only needed after you get PR. You do need to keep your current stay in the country valid by using a re-entry permit when you enter the country to keep your application for PR valid.
  19. It is done by immigration division 6 headquarters in Hat Yai that is responsible for south Thailand.
  20. 1. There is no requirement to prove the 400k baht came from abroad. 2. It would help if you were tell us where you are located at.
  21. You do not seem to be aware that a 30 day extension can obtained for each 45 day entry.
  22. It should be 45 days but the airlines may not be aware that it was changed to 45 days. Best to get a temporary onward ticket within 30 days for about $14 online.
