  1. That is an error on the e visa website. It has been reported by other. I have suggested to them to upload a file stating the funds are not required for a non-o visa based upon marriage to a Thai. And upload a proof of at least 20k baht in a bank. Somehow it is putting the financial requirements for a non-o visa for retirement in the one you want.
  2. For a extension of stay for a entry from a OA visa based upon retirement there is no requirement to prove you have the medical insurance. It is only required when entering the country with a valid OA visa issued by a embassy or consulate.
  3. I depends upon the reason for the non-o visa application. For a non-o visa based upon retirement application it will require 90 days of medical insurance "Copy of health insurance that covers COVID-19 related medical expenses, both inpatient and outpatient, no less than 100,000 USD for the whole period of your stay in Thailand." 4. This from the Bangkok immigration website. https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/en/contact-goverment-complex/
  5. You could change the reason for you current 1 year extension of stay (it is not a visa) to retirement if you have 800k baht in a Thai bank for 2 months on the day your apply for the new extension. Other than that the only option would be to leave the country to get a single entry tourist visa that would allow a 60 day stay that can be extended for 30 days. And then after that apply for another tourist visa or leave and re-enter to get a 30 day visa exempt entry that can be extended for 30 days.
  6. I suggest you not change banks during the 2 months before the day you apply for the extension.
  7. You can submit a online 90 day report online 24 hours a day 7 days a week including holidays. But immigration will only approve it during normal working hours or days,
  8. The no requirement for covid 19 insurance now. This infographic has the requirements for entry.
  9. He did not say he must have one. He wrote may need one and he is correct.
  10. He is not asking about a tourist visa. He is only staying for 22 days and will entering visa exempt. It has been several years now since I did it but I have entered many times visa exempt to stay with my wife for a short period of time.
  11. Since you just arrived they will not ask for the past 3 months of stay. The may want proof of where you will be staying for a few months.
  12. When you do a 90 day report the new 90 day starts from the day you do the report. The visa expire space is not a required field and that is day your current extension of stay or permit to stay from a entry ends.
  13. Only if you have entered the country since July 2nd. If you have a TM6 card they will still want a copy of it.
  14. You can enter visa exempt to get a 30 day stay without a problem.
  15. Apparently the person mentioned was working legally for the company for sometime with a work permit and extensions of stay based upon working for the company. And then he applied for permanent residency with their assistance. If you were legally working for a company for at least 3 consecutive years on extensions of stay you could apply for PR.
  16. This PDF file from the Board Of Investment has lot of info about the LTR visa. https://www.boi.go.th/upload/content/LTR.pdf
  17. Several off topic posts meant to deflect the topic and the expected replies to them have been removed. Also some defamatory posts directed at immigration.
  18. There have been no changes for a extension of stay (it is not a visa) based upon being the parent of a Thai. No insurance will be required to apply for the extension.
  19. The new online 90 day reporting site is better than the mobile app to apply for it. New site: https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/login
  20. How long have you had the 800k baht in the bank now? When is your extension due in August? You could try to get the 60 day extension without your wife being with you. If you were leave the country and re-enter the country to get a 30 day visa exempt entry you would have to start all over again by applying for a new non-o visa at immigration and then the one year extension.
  21. Your wife will need to be with you. Copy of your marriage certificate. Copies of your wife's ID card and house book registry. Copies of your passport photo page, visa, current extension stamp and TM6 card.
  22. I think you have a extension of stay based upon marriage not a visa. You only need to change the reason for your extension to retirement. As I wrote the 800k baht only has to be in the bank for 2 months not 3 months. If you need more time to apply for the one year extension based upon retirement you could apply the 60 day extension to visit your wife mentioned and then near the end of it apply for the extension based upon retirement.
