  1. Firstly the guy at AIS told me that my original SIM card is damaged and it can't be fixed until the name registered on that SIM card goes to the AIS office to get if fixed or replaced. Right now I can't receive any One Time Password codes on my phone. I can't do anything including re install or get a refund in the Norton website as I can't receive OTP messages. Several other antivirus programs send their OTP messages by email.
  2. Firstly my phone SIM card is with AIS and my wifi SIM card is with DTAC. Unbeknown to me my phone SIM card is in my wife's name. She's gone up north to take care of her mother whose on borrowed time. I went to the AIS shop in Pattaya Central and the guy said that she must come in person to fix this problem because the SIM card is damaged. I want to delete Norton AV and get a refund but I'm running out of time. So it appears that I'll lose my subscription fee, I can't even re install it because I can't get the security code. What gets me is the SIM card is in her name and goes to my email address.
  3. Her in doors being in a hurry threw a basket load of laundry into our washing machine. My phone survived the ordeal but my SIM card didn't. So how can I update my phone number for Norton Anti Virus when I can't receive any security keys or pin numbers.
  4. I went to DTAC in Central and the lady there not only spoke moderate English but appeared to have a good knowledge of Iphone trouble shooting. She put my sim card in another phone and the speed jumped dramatically. She told me that my phone is a copy and if I want to improve my speed I needed to buy a new phone. So I bought a new phone for 4,000 baht, now all my problems appear to have been answered. Thanks to all here who offered their suggestions.
  5. I called DTAC on 1678 3 times before, no answer. I'm using the hotspot on my Iphone 14 connected to my laptop.
  6. If anyone is looking for that type of action then I'm sure xhamster will satisfy their needs.
  7. I just checked my data usage for this month and it's 17.5 GB which is no where near 100 GB per month. I'm going to DTAC this morning to try to sort this out. If I've run out of data can I top up this month and then continue to use up to 100GB for the ensuing months? If they want me to pay for a new one year sim card I'll be looking for another provider.
  8. I've only used 17 GB so far this month as it's so slow it's not worth trying to use.
  9. I'm not a tourist as I've been living in Thailand for 24 years. My sim card cost 2,290 baht and printed on the cover is 15 Mbps also 12 in Thai writing, I presume 12 months. I only activated it 3 months ago. Maybe my money has run out, if so that's rather quick.
  10. Is it unlimited useage and if so how much does it cost per month.
  11. Absolutely nothing as I've already given mine a life
  12. I tested my wifi several kilometres from where I live and I had the same wifi speed. I'm going to DTAC tomorrow to see if I can sort out this problem. In the mean time I use a hot spot for the wifi on my laptop. I just purchased an new iphone so can wifi settings make my wifi slower. I've used DTAC for several years now and never had this problem before until DTAC merged with True.
  13. It started out as a happy ending massage as requested but ended up a fatal massage.
  14. One thing I have noticed since I've got older is what I used to do all night takes me all night to do now.
  15. Sorry for the headline typo as I was typing without my glasses on.
  16. Hi there., I've been using a DTAC one year sim card for the past 3 years without a problem. In recent weeks it's down to a crawl, some programs won't even open. My current sim card is only 6 weeks old. Is there anyway I can increase the wifi speed. From 5 am to 8 am the wifi speed halves. I worked for a gas company years ago we had boosters that kicked in for peak times daily. Apparently wifi companies don't use these same systems.
  17. I haven't had a cigarette for the past 45 years, not even one puff. I don't see any difference between vaping and tobacco smoking. We hear all about the chemicals in vaping. So I take it that ready made cigarettes are chemicals free. That's just a load of crap from the all powerful tobacco industry protecting their wealth to the detriment of peoples health.
  18. On the website.
  19. I'm still stuck here with this problem. Is there anyway I can by pass the security verification? If so I can edit my phone number and I'll be back in business.
  20. Any reason to show off. My former next door neighbor used to set the alarm on his new BMW so people would come and stare. " WHAT ABOUT ME"
  21. Here's where I'm at with this problem. Firstly my phone number was changed without my consent. There have been suggestions that I should open a new account. That's well and good but the security SMS messages would be sent to that phone number and not to my real phone number. So I'm stuck in limbo here.
  22. A Thai electricians tool kit consists of one screw driver and a roll of friction tape.
  23. We were legally married 24 years ago at Amphur Klong Sam Wah Minburi Bangkok.
  24. My Thai wife was 68 yo's last week and I'm going on 80. I presume I'll fall off the perch before she does because of the age difference. So what happens if she were to die before me? We own ( fully paid ) 3 properties that I paid for but all are in her name. The all up value is around 5 million baht so can I sell those properties? We've been married for 24 years so the properties being in her name aren't a problem. If I'm the last to go I'll give everything to her only grand kid. He's 25 yo's now and he's a great kid with a good job, no tatts etc and has always treated me as though I'm his real grand father.
  25. So when do they decide who's up who and who's paying the rent, before or after the nuptials?
