Hi there, I've been lucky to never have had any serious health problems throughout my entire life. As I'm now 80 years old I've been getting chronic acid reflux for the last few years. I watch what I eat especially fried food and other things that have been suggested to me as acid based. I've tried many things to ease this condition but so far non have worked. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you ease the sore throats? One interesting suggestion came from my brother inlaw who's a farmer on the outskirts of Korat. He suggested using Kratom but he did suggest to use it moderately. Has anyone tried this, as over use of Kratom can have disasterous consequences. Another inlaws 26 yo son is in Buddhas VIP lounge, he's been addicted to Kratom for many years and doctors have told him that he won't see 30 years of age.

Getting off the piss and a bit if straight thinking would help. Firstly I transferred all the money from Krungsri to another account. I then filed a police report and next day went to the bank and received a new ATM card. I also had to get a copy of my drivers licence, this is not as easy as you think it is. Your request for a copy of your current licence is virtually treated as a Thai drivers licence renewal. You need all the same documentation as a renewal, they once again require a certificate of residence. There's no tests required so when you get to this stage it's fairly easy. The certificate of residence seems to be a major issue with them. So either make this certificate several days before or use an agent. Using an agent may cost you a few hundred baht more but it cuts out all the bull<deleted> and you let the agent do the work. I would recommend using an agent.

The actual post was asking why 70 plus years of age is to old to receive a Krungsri Bank app. Are people in that age group greater security risks? If not why don't they cut all Krungsri Bank apps?

Thai teenage boys are notorious for going to sleep at school, if they went to bed at a reasonable time this wouldn't happen. I some how lost my ATM card today, I checked everywhere and I have no idea where I lost it, may I add this was happenend around 9.30 am so I wasn't even thinking about a few pre lunch beers. So I went back to my condo, logged on to Krungsri business and tried to stop my ATM card, so far everything was going well until they sent me an OTP number which was refused. I tried this at least 8 times and the OTP number was refused every time. Is my ATM suspended or can some who found my ATM card access my account?

I believe Thai food is not as good as non Thais believe it is. I'm a pretty good judge as my wife had many restaurants in Bangkok and Pattaya. She is in excellent cook of Thai food, Isarn food and farang food. The thing that tourist don't realise why their Thai food tastes so good is the fact that Thais are extra good at making dips. Every Thai food has it's own dip. Her indoors verified this to me.

The photo reminds me of an incident at my condo block several months ago. An Asian guy ( Korean ) went right off his head around 8.30 am. The office called the police and they sent a very young cop on a motor bike. The young cop tried to quieten the Asian guy down but got a heavy blow to the chin for his troubles. So another call to the police station seen the cavalry roll up. Four cops dressed in riot gear attacked him at the one time and his head was pile driven into the tiled floor. He was cuffed and chained to the back of the pick up. It appears the same pick up and the same cop on the right side of the photo. He would've got a very warm welcome after he arrived at his accommodation in Soi 12.
