Hi,

I got a Lenova 7 inch tablet with Android 4.1.2 a while back.

I installed the app "Computer" on it.It's a file explorer that looks like windows file explorer.

I ocasionly need to transfer files (video or audio) from my removable disk to the tablets own memory.

I did this by pressing on the file and then a menu woild apear which would let me copy an paste.

Then I lent it to me missus and when it came back there were no menus when I pressed on a file,instead the file was opened with some video player.

Does anybody know how I can get my menus back or some way to transfer files from the removable disk to the

built in memory of the tablet

I looked into it too,you need something like 4 Thai employees for every foreign one

I set my wife up teaching kids from home and she does well at it.

Classes with a maximum of ten students ,so you can teach well, at 50 Baht an hour per student

is 500 Baht an hour if the class is full.

TOT just talked me missus through it on the phone,they also would have sent a guy around

to do it for a small fee.

No,can't see anything like that I'm afraid.

Would the people who suplied the router(TOT)

know.

If they did they could probably talk me through

the whole process over the phone.

They did this before with another problem,thay had

me bring up the TPLINK website.

Somebody mentioned to me before that this router was a

cheap one and that it would be better to get a new one.

Any truth in that.

Hi,

I just tried to set a password that has to be typed in before any body uses my wifi.

I opened "network and sharing center"

"connections"

"wireless properties"

"security"

Then there was a place saying "no authentication required" and I changed it to

WPA2 Personal and added a password and pressed O.K.

I was disconnected from the wifi bay was able to reconnect without a password.

Does anyone know whwt I'm doing wrong.

O.k so from what I can tell I should sign in with my microsoft account.

I will leave the new local account there in case the same thing happens again.

I tried to delete those accounts but need to try again.

I have three accounts and the passwords are working on all three.

I must figure out how to sign in as administer.

When I do,which are the best two to delete

the USERS,Local or Microsoft.

So now I have 3 accounts and the password may

be corupted in one.

Is there anyway I can tidy this up.

Can I delete the USER and Windows accounts.

Or at least check the passwords in them

I tried to set my laptop to boot to desktop by clicking

1-right click on taskbar

2-properties

3-navigetion

the chicking the relevent box.

Now when I start my computer instead of booting to the desktop it says "this password is incorrect" and I have to sign in with my microsoft account and can't sign in with my user account.

Any advice on what to do next.

I've went through those links and as far as I can see the columns can't be

changed in any other "view" than "details".

Correct me if I'm wrong.

This is only a small issue compared to what I have already changed,

I'm happy with what I have.

Now,for the files themselves,is there a way to change what information

is shown on them when they're in the folder.

The "lenght",size,date modified etc are writen on them.

I want to set them so that only the size and name is shown.

The word is "content" not context

I mean opening files and folders with "file explorer"

I want them to open the same way each time and not to have to

adjust the "view" by pressing "view" and then "context"

Sorry for the lack of clarity.When you open a file you can chose to view it in a number of ways,details,list,context etc..........

I want my files to open in the "context" view instead of having to change it manually every time by pressing View and then Context.

Also when I change my files to Context" view it shows the "lenght" of the file in minutes and the size of the file in "mb".

I want to set it to show the size and not the lenght.

I am trying to set my files to open in the same way every time,which is in "context" view.

I watched some videos on youtube about how to do it but it never works.

I have windows 8.1 which I use in desktop mode with "classic shell" .I'm trying to get the files to open in context and to take away the "length" of time displayed.

what about uninstalling revo and reinstaling it again

I now seem to have only one trace of "softonic assistant" on my Revo program.

It is not showing on my CCleaner or the Windows uninstaler.

When I try to uninstall it with Reve it says "no traces found"

even with the advanced scan and my computer has returned to normal speed.

Maybe I'm being obsevive but I would love to get rid of that icon.

Also both Revo and CCleaner are telling me that they have a new version out

and asking me if I want to updete.

I did this before with another program and they wanted me to pay and wouldn't

let me go back to the free version.

So my two questions are 1--how do I remove the last remaining trace icon

and 2--can I update CCleaner and Revo.

I have about 5 teeth to be pulled on top before I get false teeth.

I hate dentists and was wonderinf what I should do.

I had thought of a handful of "walium" without telling the dentist but didn't know that

he/she would have introvenus V.

Is there a more drastic treatment that would be used for 5 extractions or shoul I just do it

in two or three visits.I will probably need a severe cleaning and a filling or town as well.

Prices for these would be nice aswell

I got into a mess last night when trying to download and instal PotPlayer.

I downloaded from the original site first but it wouldn't install.

Than I downloaded from Softonic and my computer went really slow.

I checked Rovo uninstaler and it said I had Softonic assistant,daum potplayer and Baindu antivirus.

I uninstalled these with Revo and my computer speeded up but they are stil shown on revo only now they all have the same logo.

So I need some help 1-- with getting rid of these traces from my Revo and

2--finding the right place to download Potplayer.

I have also tried systems restore but no luck there.

I use windows 8.1,64 bit with firefox,firefox

O.K...........I took a few chances..........the drives noe read from left to right............

I spent about two hours tweaking these little by little with Mini Partition Wizard.

The performance of my 10 inch lenova notebook seems to have improved.

The notebook came with Windows already installed.

I think that I will heed your advice and leave it alone after this.

Final question --is there a recomended percentage of disk C to leave unused

so as not to slow the performance.

If I don't do this myself I will have to go 5 hours to find someone I would trust to do it and that probably wouldn't happen.

I got mini tool partition wizard and found that I have a disk C and a diis D which was nearly full and in the red.

I extended my disk D and it's not red lining any more.

I also found that I have 5 more drives--WINRE DRIVE

SYSTEM DRIVE

(OTHER)

NEW VOLUME NFTS

PBR DRIVE NFTS

Is there some way that I can tidy all that up and make more space on D,disk C is only 28 percent full.
