Paying to see the rock stars in Thailand could be risky

True. But nosebleed seats. You would need a powerful spotting scope to see anything on the stage. Just not appealing. -
Something needs to be done. And American politicians are very weak and in constant fear of fighting a constitutional amendment that was written at a time when militias were needed and guns were manual and fairly primitive. Everything has changed, and the amendment does not have the same meaning, nor should it. Violence is out of control, yet they do next to nothing about it. America seems to adore it's violence.

Fortunately, these latest revelations seem to be affecting the support of even many of his die hard supporters. His numbers are dropping daily, and his fund raising is tanking too. Unfortunately, the US is so dysfunctional at this point in time, the chances of an effective leader being elected anytime soon are remote at best. And congress and the senate are irreparably broken and ineffective too. It is a nation in significant decline. On so many levels.

Thailand is hopelessly behind the curve, when it comes to any transportation alternative to the ultra clogged and spectacularly dangerous highways. It is an abomination. The lack of planning is a boil on the face of the nation. And rail cargo should have been a priority for the past 75 years. The quantity of trucks of every size on the highways, combined with a non existent highway patrol, unwilling to enforce any highway laws, makes travel difficult and frustrating. Shame on Thailand.

Many of us simply do not understand the willingness to part with crazy money to see a show, in a crowded environment, and questionable acoustics. I was reading about the latest Bruce Springsteen tour in the US. Tickets cost up to $6000. One has to be either cavalier about money, or somehow desperate for fulfillment to pay that kind of money for a show. -
I wonder what Lou would think of a transitioning wolfaterian. Yes, I saw the movie "What is a woman?", which is highly recommended viewing if you want to see how far out things are in the US, right now. Some people refuse to talk anymore, and only communicate in the sounds of their chosen animal species! And the teachers in school cannot complain.

I was just in Bangkok and saw very, very few Thais without masks outdoors. Many foreigners were not wearing them, including myself. In many provincial towns, I see very few without masks, even on motorbikes.

We should have the option to keep wearing masks indoors, and in crowded place. And skip masking outdoors, if we choose to. And there should never be a need to mask up on a motorbike. Endless boosters will likely not end this. Common sense will. Let us not allow fear to prevail.

My contention is that if we are not making a conscious effort to better ourselves, to be pleasant, funny, and filled with joy and good will, the opposite happens as a result of the indignities of the aging process. So, Lou is just one of the hundreds of millions of old timers, who have not worked at maintaining his attitude, and has succumbed to being a human black cloud. I just ignore those types and don't engage them. They can keep their ranting, misery and lack of understanding of life's basic principals to themselves.

Maybe not. That is subjective. I like HH. Great good. Relaxed. Not expensive. But regardless, that does not negate it's potential usefulness as a hub for travel elsewhere. Anything to take pressure off the Bangkok airports, and anything to avoid Bangkok traffic. I think HH flights would be very useful and the airport would be popular, if they offered a range of local and regional flights.

Record-breaking rainfall in Bangkok on Wednesday night

Not man made climate change. Nothing we could do could possibly have a negative effect on the planet. We are not responsible! It is a coincidence!
