The business model for yensabai appears to be to sell condos to investors then rent them out daily/weekly etc. They take a big chunk of the rent for mgmt and tend to fleece the tenants any way they can. Reminds me of those City Garden, City..., etc that I stayed in briefly 10 years ago. Cleaning extra, electric 10baht a unit, etc. I emailed them and inquired about the cleaning cost. They immediately responded saying they do no cleaning and it can be arranged at the desk if needed. They didn't give a price for cleaning. I responded asking again what the price is. Crickets. I'm telling my buddy to cancel his reservation. Thanks @GypsyT for noticing.
